I have been without a refrigerator for 8 days now with a family of four. I have been with 2-10 warranty for 5 years. If this is how they treat someone who has spent over $5000, imagine how they will treat you year one. I also have the supreme coverage, so I pay the extra premium. Slow response time, lack of communication and accountability. I won't be renewing

My water heater was having issues so I requested someone to come and fix the issue. They never showed up the next day. I reported my issue to Choice Home Warranty and they and a new technician come a few days later and waived my fee because of the inconvenience. Amazing service!

If there was a 0 stars I would have chosen it. This company is a rip off. Horrible service response. Took 2 weeks to get someone to look at my water heater that just needed replaced then still cost me over $400 out of pocket. Had a claim in for a dishwasher for 4 weeks and still hasn’t been looked at. Save your money and put it into a savings account.
