Best home warranty company all around! We’ve tried others and they were nothing but trouble and extra expense. 2-10 has always done right by us and they are the only home warranty company I would ever recommend.

I recently used the service for a garbage disposal replacement, but my experience was mixed. I faced a water pressure issue previously, and the water filter problem wasn't covered, which was disappointing. I had a positive experience with a refrigerator service a while back, but overall, my recent experiences haven't been very helpful.

Raising a claim and Servicing it is very efficient but the process of underwriting the costs and my out of pocket for the claim is ridiculous. As a matter of fact, I had given a 4 star and changed it to a 3. The core of insurance is coverage and compensation. If I pay 60-70% cost of the broken appliance, then insurance seems to be worthless.

Washer couldn’t be repaired …..choice offered 340 to buy a new one. Lowest price available (with less features) is 500!!!! I found out later after many conversations with their management that they base their reimbursement figure on THEIR COST NOT WHAT SOMEONE CAN REALY PAY!!!!!!! That sucks. They are really only replacing part of the price of a “similar washer”

2-10 Home Buyers Warranty service fees range from $85 to $125. The service fee is paid directly to your contractor when they arrive at your home to complete requested repair or replacement service.
Choice Home Warranty has a set service fee of $85 no matter the requested repair or replacement service; it is paid directly to your contractor and eligible discounts can be applied.
