Even thou everything is automated and I was never able to speak to a agent, everything went seamless. The contractor contactor 3M was amazing, they contacted me within 24 hours and was out the very next day and made the repair.

First claim tech did not fix ac contactor. He didnt not return calls. We ended up paying out of pocket for new contactor and thermostate and Choice Warranty did not reimburse and we did not get a refund for $85 service fee. We are out of pocket $85 + $50 + 150. We have an new issue now with pan for inside unit, called for service and they sent the same service Sears tech. We refused his service and was not charged. Awaiting new service tech. Will review when the new service tech comes out.

My hot water heater has been out for over a week now and no one seems like there is any rush to get me a new one. The people in Jordan at the office are nice but they are at the mercy of the ins. Company which could care less about good service. Bob kaplan
