My water heater was having issues so I requested someone to come and fix the issue. They never showed up the next day. I reported my issue to Choice Home Warranty and they and a new technician come a few days later and waived my fee because of the inconvenience. Amazing service!

If there was a 0 stars I would have chosen it. This company is a rip off. Horrible service response. Took 2 weeks to get someone to look at my water heater that just needed replaced then still cost me over $400 out of pocket. Had a claim in for a dishwasher for 4 weeks and still hasn’t been looked at. Save your money and put it into a savings account.

My hot water heater has been out for over a week now and no one seems like there is any rush to get me a new one. The people in Jordan at the office are nice but they are at the mercy of the ins. Company which could care less about good service. Bob kaplan
