The worst omg never ever again once burnt twice shy STAY AWAY company is supposed to be a warrenty company insuring appliances plumbing electrical ect and you just pay 60 dollars inspection fee. And what the job costs they have approved amount say 200 if the company charge more you will not get reimbursed that 200 if they charge 325

I write one star because there is no Zero. If you purchase this warranty, won't be worries free. It's say coverage for refrigerator, but the ice maker not included, is that a joke?! I called for cancellation but phone never be connected. MUST be have lot of peoples fell be cheating. NOT buy!!!

Absolutely horrible. It too 12 days and 6 calls with very social inept phone agents lacking the skills for these types of calls lacking English grammer and skills sounding as if it were their first day on the job. I was told a $60 copay yet the repair tects office told me 100 woo! Please stay away

In case you haven't noticed, all the good reviews are icw their sales people. Mine too was excellent. It's downhill from there with SHW. The experience you have when you have a claim is the worse I've experienced as a consumer and I will soon be 70.

6 Weeks to get authorization to fix a refrigerator. At least 10 calls with every excuse in the book. If you want your family to go without a necessary item for over 6 weeks and then get approved for a fraction of the cost, then purchase this pathetic low end warranty.

First claim and very disappointed. 3/4 horse garbage disposal broke and select offered $75!to replace and installation on me. Downsized to 1/2 horse for $109 and $150 to install. I have three policies (mine and one for each child) and searching for a better company and will cancel all.
