Recently I've had to call on Choice Home Warranty for a couple of systems that suddenly were in need of repair. The representatives were pleasant and very helpful. I received follow-up details in a timely manner as to when a contractor would come out, as well as a 4 hour window. Their system is very responsive and I didn't feel like I was left hanging. Thank you for your responsiveness and I plan on using Choice Home Warranty into the future.

We had a dryer knob situation. Lester from 1-1/2 hour away took care of it in the first 5 minutes of his visit ....identifying and ordering the part. The only issue we have is that it will not come in for 1 month, at which time he will travel again the 1-1/2 hours to replace the knob. He was very professional and we appreciated his knowledge and assurance that our issue can and will be fixed as soon as the part comes in.

So far they have been very easy to work with. I go online anytime, day or night, to open a claim, and they respond very quickly. Most recently, I put in a claim for my AC not working around 1:00 in the morning. By 2:00pm that same day, the repairman was at my house, working on my unit! And fixed it, thank goodness!! :-) Kudos to both CHW and Imperial Heating!!

When we bought our house the seller bought a home warranty through Choice. The first year we had a claim and it was handled quickly and to our satisfaction. When the seller's policy ended we bought our own policy. We've renewed it every year and are we glad we did! We had a large claim this year that again was handled quickly, professionally and performed on schedule. I chose the reimbursement option since the technicians in our area are pretty busy these days. I've been assured I will get the check within 30 days, I hope this aspect of the coverage is accurate 😅

The customer service is outstanding. I am a new customer and had many questions. They were all answered in patient and friendly way. I called on a Saturday evening by chance and spoke to this sweet lady Regina. She was amazing. I was immediately called back by a rep who helped me understand exactly how it worked. I had concerns since I was with another warranty company before that took weeks to get things completed. I am excited for this new relationship. If their people are a sign of their service, It should be amazing!

I put in my request for my Air Conditioner online. CHW was quick to get back with me. Due to COVID-19 no one pick up the order. CHW said I could get someone on my own and they would reimburse me. Before I could call someone on my own CHW informed me they had found someone. Technician came out and I am Super Pleased!Thank You CHW! You're the BEST!!!

CHW response time and keeping in touch was great! Due to back ups and delays, they even offered me the opportunity to get someone on my own and they would reimburse me if I couldn't wait for the repairman---I waited, the repairman actually was able to come sooner than expected due to cancellations--provided excellent service! My only negative is an overabundance of emails I receive from CHW.

This call was for my rental property, and when I called she took care of getting me a contractor right away to get my air fixed. The contractor called and scheduled the appointment right away. The contractor called when he was on his way, and got the problem solved right away. I have another rental property and will be getting a contract on it as well. I love CHW!!!!

Making it easy to input the issue with my air conditioning unit, CHW quickly sent out a SOS to local technicians. After no response by the end of the day, CHW communicated with me to give me the option of hiring my own and going through the Reimbursement process. It was easy, simple, and efficient. I had a terrible experience with another warranty co. So decided today to check out another company. Choice had the highest star points and when Jesse called me I could see why. I like to think I am covered in the all in home appliances and all components in home, but even if you think you are or should be covered for in home, read the fine print. There are exclusions you wouldn't even consider not covered. And if you need a covered item repaired, be prepared to wait weeks for a tech to show up, and in the meantime be aware you will receive daily emails from CHW to ask that you find your own tech. to fix the problem and then fill out the documents provided and CHW will determine if they are going to cover that home repair and if they will pay the amount you paid the tech, or if they will only pay a portion of it.

And Choice Home Warranty did not give me a hart time waiting for parts. My question only is: why you covered 1 part and another part became my responsibility? Both parts connected and Fridge cannot work with 1 part replacement only.

I live in Florida and the Air Conditioner Stopped the program screen was totally blank I called Choice Home Warranty and a pleasant person answered and took my info and said I would be contacted. I got a recorded message on my phone as well as an email confirming that Bosch Brothers would sent a tech out on Tues between 11 am and 3 pm The tech came addressed the issue was pleasant and very knowledgeable. the air was on. Very recently, I had several plumbing repairs done through Choice Home Warranty, which were expertly completed. There repairs were under contract. The scheduling representative was very kind and considerate. She was able to adjust the time and Day of the repairs without question, due to my disability. And, the plumber was efficient, knowledgeable and expert when completing the repairs. I was extremely pleased with the services and i will be extending my contact for another year, when it comes up for renewal.

I have had one bad experience with a contractor that Choice Home Warranty immediately took action to correct. They had a different person out the next day! Much better results. So much so that I asked CHW to address another home issue. The results were even BETTER! The service was quick and efficient and the customer service was the best I have ever had from a repairman. The service I received was WELL WORTH the small service fee. I only wish I had had Choice Home Warranty on my previous house. Instead, i paíd nearly $4000 out of pocket for very similar repairs That I paid less than $100 for through CHW.

I called because my outside air-conditioning unit was tripping the breaker and cutting off on these very hot days when you need your air the most. CHW asigned me a technician that was not local to my area and my appointment date was 5 day's later. I actually called the technician myself and told him my problem and he was kind enough to come that night. He arrived at 9:30 PM and checked the outside unit in the dark with only a flashlight. He really didn't do anything other than that and told me "if it happens again to call CHW and he would come back and add a voltage booster to the outside unit". The very next day it happened again and I called CHW and they got intouch with the technician. My problem is that the technician, in his report to CHW, told them that everything was fine and there was nothing wrong with the air-conditioning unit. He didn't tell them what he had told me and he said he would tell them in his report that if it happens again he would need to come back and add a voltage booster. After phone call, after phone call, after phone call, to CHW and the technician (me being the middle man) and me having to get my own appointment for 2 days later, and CHW wanting the technician to resubmit his paperwork, approximately 3 hour's had passed. I'm not happy at all with this having to go through all this craziness trying to get my air-conditioning fixed.

Nothing like insurance on your home. I encourage everyone to invest in choice home warrenty. And I got a discount for being a veteran. A great peace of mind. My son 15 yrs old droped a razor in the tub. Cost me 476.65 to fix it. But if i had choice warrety, it would have cost me 65.00. Deductible. Thank you again.

Our AC wasn’t cooling when we decided to turn it on a week ago. Got the claim made and an hr later it was denied due to the last time we used it was before we had purchased warranty. We purchased our warranty in winter time and had no need for AC which had worked fine prior to not using it anymore. I contacted to repeal the denial. After talking on the phone for a bit with a case manager they approved service.

Bought a house 6/01/2019. Reluctantly bought a Choice Home Warranty. Didn't have any problems until one Sunday night our dishwasher began leaking. I submitted a claim at 7 30 pm. By 9 pm I had a service appointment scheduled. Service like that on a Sunday night! Tech was able to fix the problem after a couple visits. Just renewed warranty last month. Totally happy.

CHW was fast in its response to my recent air-conditioning outage. They quickly reviewed my request, determined that they could not find a technician in my area to do the work; then after I submitted some additional on-line paper work, gave me permission to find my own service/repair company...and, they provided a reimbursement for most of the billing for the repair. I thought CHW reimbursement amount was fair....the only thing that could be better is to provide the reimbursement faster...CHW says "within 30 days".

I've only used CHW once. You sent some independent electrician instead of a professional working for an electric company. That was not encouraging. The guy had a window from 11 am-3pm which meant i had to be home all day and reschedule my planned activities. He didn't show didn't call. I finally called him. He returned the call but was an hour late. When he got here he did check out breakers etc., and had to restart a GFCI plug. That was it. He didn;t do enough for me to say it was great so I gave a 7 for benefit of the doubt. I will say the guy is very polite and personable. I had other work that CHW did not cover so he had to come back next day and I pay for that out of pocket. I had him back in the interest of time so that I didnt have to hunt down another provider. He arrived timely. IF his work is satisfactory I will be happy to further recommend but I have to see how it works out.

I contacted CHW to repair a leaking dishwasher. I got a quick response that a repairman would be here in 2 days. That is where my problem worsened. The repairman did not have the necessary part to repair my dishwasher. He said he would order it and it should be delivered to my home by the end of the week. This was on May 12,2020 and I have not yet received the part (as of 5-22-2020). He also told me that the earliest date to complete my repair, once the part was delivered, would be June 3, 2020. My dishwasher was leaking so badly that the water had to be turned off in my kitchen sink. So I have to wash dishes in my bathtub and get water there to use in my cooking and cleaning in my kitchen. I experienced a similar problem with this same repair service on a refrigerator. I was without a refrigerator for 2 months before they finally told me it could not be repaired and they agreed to replace my refrigerator. I am very disappointed with this repair service!

Our family has been under contract with CHW for over 10 years for two different homes. While some claims have been disappointing due to some fine print non-coverage terminology, overall we are extremely satisfied with Choice. Appliance service times have been inconveniently long at times but fair in resolving the problems. Am I 100% satisfied? No. Will I renew our contract next year? Definitely YES. Do I recommend CHW to my friends? All the time. I use them so that is my best recommendation

Jeremy came out to repair my dishwasher. Asset the problem told me the part will be in tomorrow and I'll call to set up time. He did all that and showed up when he said he would. Friendly, professional , quality service. I was not quite sure of what I would get originally. I have had home warranties in the past that came with the home I purchased. I didnt always have a very good feeling of competence of folks coming out to do the work but this time was very positive with choice home warranty. Thanks again for a positive experience.

Once again my claim was processed immediately. Within 15 min I had appointment with technician who contacted me to find out if the appointment time is good for me. 1. Claim process was efficient 2. Response from repair contractor was timely 3. Claim offer on dryer (1st time $349.99, 2nd time $500.00) was sub-retail and not supporting the replacement of appliance as thought of prior on contract. 4. Claim experience with Case Manager (Ms. Yvette O) was not as efficient as it should have been; however, she said there were millions of claims to process. 5. The washing machine was fixed timely once the parts came in today. 6. I will continue to use Choice Home Warranty, but I hope their replacement process will be reevaluated to give the customer a more fair replacement item/appliance, etc. 7. My contract service is $60.00, but I had to pay $75.00 per claim. I sent a print screen confirmation of this fact to the Case Manager Ms. O.

I'm in the process now of having my stove replaced. I didn't realize that you guys have changed from a replacement to just a partial replacement company, so I was surprised by that. I kind of wish you would have made that clear when the change was made. My stove must be replaced, you guys did not want to replace it so you offered me a partial payment. It's enough for me to pay down on a replacement, but I still have to come out of pocket and that's NOT what I signed up for. It also causes a great inconvenience when you have to wait almost 30 days to receive the replacement funds. This is why rating on trustworthiness is low. I think the customers should have been notified when you ended/changed the replacement policy, then we would have had a "CHOICE" on continuing our relationship with you. The dryer repair went exceptionally well, however er are still awaiting our reimbursement check!

Although I had to dump all the foods in my spare refrigerator, CHW and the partnered repair company was a life saver for me this weekend. Excellent response time as the repair technician was able to work on my broken refrigerator before the scheduled appointment. He was able to get my spare freezer and the fridge coldness working normal again in a couple of hours. He was able to temporary repair my ice maker on the main fridge so we can have ice again until I contact the manufacturer to address defect the unit with moisture trapped issue. Thank you for the quick repair!

I had a situation w/ a dishwasher that was handled exceptionally well. Six months ago I called in a repair to my air conditioner. The repair man collected his $60 deductible and said we would get a call from the company. It turns out that he reported a Freon leak in my system but yet did not bring a sniffer to check where or what was going on. I was told that it would cost extra to have somebody come back with a sniffer. I called my air conditioning company and they did not find a leak. Due to EPA regulations they were required to vacuum out my system and replace it with the new more ecological gases. The system has been working perfectly for the last six months. I would expect someone from your company to call me to discuss a remedy to this failure

They've been responsive every time I've had to have a call. I had a clogged sink. They hired a plumber. He tried to overcharge me but I paid the sixty-five dollars which is what I'm supposed to pay. Then he wanted me to pay him directly an additional 300. I got Choice on the phone and they were very good and held firm to the contract. So he fixed my sink for sixty-five dollars and they paid him the rest. I'm pleased.

I have been a customer for over 5 years. This service has improved each year and as a landlord, I could not have survived without the assistance of Choice. Highly recommended for persons who own/rent property. Specifically, CHW has added an internet site where it it very easy to log claims, review status or ask questions. Of course this can be done via phone, but the Internet is much faster. Additionally, when there is a claim of an appliance that must be replaced, CHW is great to work with you to best arrive at a closeout of the replacement claim.
