They do cover a lot of thing and it is a good warranty but the part for my AC wasn’t covered because it cost to much and it sometimes takes a long time for pole to come out but for the most part I have had good experiences.

On time I used them, they were very prompt to fix my problem. They did not fix my hot water tank because they said it was a preexisting condition so that wasn’t a great experience but they did help us with our refrigerator problem. The guy was very efficient so that made me feel better.

The prices were good but they raised their rates. They did handle my issue with my garbage disposal right away btu the guy who came for the leak tore my kitchen out and I have been without a kitchen for weeks. They should do more to ensure the quality of their vendors.

Used it about three weeks ago because the stove wasn’t working properly because my wife did the self cleaning feature and it got stuck. Someone came out it and fixed it. Sometimes the service takes a long time which can be bad if you need someone right away. You don’t want to wait 24 hours for a plumbing issue.

The first time I used the warranty was to replace the air conditioning. It was a fairly simple process. I contacted the representative and they got a service company come to come out and look out. It took about a week for them to change it out. Everything went well.

We’ve used it a couple of times. We’ve ha them come out and look at the air conditioning. They were very fast and friendly with the plumbing and washing machine. It took three times to get out refrigerator fixed. It would be better if they did preventative work and didn’t just wait until something goes wrong.

I’ve been with the company for twelve years and it has been good service so I keep it. My recent contract was supposed to be forty five dollars but they put sixty in the contract and I keep trying to contact them to change it so they don’t charge me sixty. They say they are going to fix it.

Some of the people that you talk to are hard to understand. Yeah my heater stopped working on Saturday and they came on Monday or Tuesday they ended up fixing it and it was up and ready to go. It's just a really good deal if you're a home owner.

They tried to over charge me if I had not caught it in time. Six months into my warranty my air conditioning went down and they needed to replace a part and they said it was not compatible, so they have to put both the unit they said that I would have to pay for the exterior unit and when the charge came in I had to pay twice for the external unit which it was very difficult to get credit from them.

They are cheaper than a lot of other ones. I have used it regularly and they sent somebody to help me out recently so I didn't wait for over a month to get my heater fixed. My only thing that they call too much. They are calling like 6 months before the warranty expires and that's very annoying because they keep calling.

This regards garbage disposal change out. Technician filter remove The Knockout plug which did not allow my dishwasher to drain. I called for dishwasher repair in the technician pointed that out to me to get my dishwasher working again. Still had to pay the $85 fee.

It's the best offer. I used to be unhappy with choice because they sent someone notorious for taking parts and then coming back with them later to reinstall it and I ended up buying a new dishwasher. I had the garbage disposal replaced by them and they did give me the money to replace the dishwasher.

The biggest Issue I have is a lot of times it takes awhile for them to find a technician, so anytime you are in an emergency situation you don't have any options. A lot of times you pay out of pocket even though you have a warranty those are not justified and I experienced that couple of times in the past. I think a lot of the technicians are very good and professional. Recently my heater water heater broke and they were able to respond to it very promptly and they were able to find the technician. I think they're all this very responsive and very timely.

Every time I called I got a customer service rep right away and the service is excellent. My ice maker was broken on my refrigerator came he to fix It and It was a good experience because it took half an hour. Everything's been great I've used it four times.

Didn't have any problem with the one time but the another time when I had the evidence showing that the guy made a mistake they still didn't take it and I had a problem with it.

It’s a good monthly price and good technician service. There are a lot of hoops to jump through to get my quote accepted. It can be quite frustrating. There is a lot of communication it just is an irritating system. The firs time it was pretty easy, I just called and they sent someone out but now I called for the furnace and it took two weeks to get it repaired. It’s a good choice to not pay out of pocket but you have to have a lot of patience.

Choice is very good for the price. I have several claims. It did take a couple of weeks to get the garage door operating. I live on an island in North Carolina so my biggest feedback is I haven’t gotten anyone who tried to work long range. It makes it hard to do a claim. It’s not the quality but the time limit.
