I have had multiple service calls on my dishwasher and water heater. At least 4 calls for each unit. Choice advertises "repair or replace". I am wondering at what point does the replace come into play?

Your advertising says 24/7 coverage but you dont have emergency services. Dont help when you have an emergency. Advertising says the warranty covers water heaters but it don't when it needs to be replaced.

Do not purchase their policy if you live in the Texas Hill Country. They must not have many technicians in their plan for this area. The metropolitan areas have numerous repair firms, I believe. Just not good here!

They did not pay for our AC repair said it was not maintained. We had it maintained twice a year. You cannot maintain rust it is normal. They refuse to pay by saying that the item was not maintained.

Choice is by far the worst company I've ever had to deal with. My top of the line furnace died, they installed the cheapest furnace around, Goodman. It stopped working properly too. Don't waste your money on this company. They pay for good reviews, so most of them are fake.

The tech was horrible for our dishwasher. He did not know how to fix it. He said he would say it needs a new part, but instead he took our money and wrote that nothing was wrong. I think it was because he did not want to come back and fix it because he did not know home. Home warranty is worthless.

Bought my house in May. Dishwasher stopped working last week. Paid the $65 for a service visit. Was told it was not repairable. Then told Choice would not replace it either but would give me a check to get a new dishwasher. Problem is the amount is only $246 which is not enough to purchase a new dishwasher.
