I've had to use in twice for bathroom issues and they contacted somebody who came pretty quickly and solved the issues, There's no hassle about it, I have to use it twice for my refrigerator ice maker and that was not a good experience. The person who came just said that the problem was plumbing they couldn't do anything and I paid $35 for them to not do anything. I got the water connected and it's still not working so I'm hesitant to call again because it could cost me $150 to get it working.

Usually they can get someone to come out within a week, I’m not happy with them suggesting we get our own repair person then be reimbursed. This process is not what was sold to us, I do understand that they probably have trouble getting repair technicians. If your furnace went out in the winter, this would be a big issue.,

When the plumber arrived to do the work he had to get "final" approval from Choice before doing the work. It was amost 1 1/2 hours before he was called back. This was needlessly wasted time for this busy man. It could have been handled better.

They do work and cover things but ran into an issue where they have a VERY low cap of coverage. Like $500 max coverage on well, or septic, or plumbing, 250 towards items such as oven,dishwasher, dryer, and washer. Anything over cap is up to the claim owner. But if they aim to only hit cap or less its nearly impossible to get a technician to the house. So they ask you to pay the tech up front and choice will reimburse the amount (up to $500, knowing it will be over)

My service fee was increased without me being informed from $60 to $85. This a huge increase. I have experienced rude reps on atleast two occasions. Recently I submitted a claim regarding my freezer and explained that I had food in it and needed someone to come rather quick. I was assured that there would be an attempt to get someone to me soon and that I would be contacted and updated, but no one ever did.

I fused CHW twice. The first time they came and fixed my dishwasher in the very next day and that was fabulous. This time I needed them to repair my refrigerator and that took 22 days that is unacceptable someone from CHW supposedly wrote and said they had reported it to I don't know somebody else within the business and I would be hearing from them which I never have. So for these reasonsI gave them a three.

the item was fixed but took two weeks to do so, I had to do follow up with plumber to schedule appointment when part came in. Parts should be readily available overnight delivery, waiting two to three weeks to fix a toilet is not necessary.

Had a few service calls. Unfortunately all in two weeks on 3 different appliances. Of the 3 (paid service fee for each), only one was partially covered. The others were not. So not only am I paying monthly for coverage and on top of that paying for service call but not covered. Coincidence? And the one that was covered service company that replaced ice makers it didn't work and when different serve an came back he noticed that it was not a new part that was installed and perhaps that's why it didn't produce ice after 24 hours which I was told it would. So a new ice maker was ordered and still waiting for parts sept to research whether in stock for scheduling of repair or whether it is in stock. Sorry fir ear full but am not happy right now,

It is very helpful. We had our main shower drain backed up and they sent somebody out the next day and I think the price is right. We also had issue with the pipes and they put a hole wall to get closer, but we didn't know the hole wasn't gonna be fully repaired, it wasn't restored. So now we have to go and get that restored on our own.

Enough information was not given on the true nature of how things will work out. About two weeks ago my air conditioner wouldn't come on so I called them and they sent some people out. When they came out they told me that the airconditioner needed to be replaced and that choice wouldn't replace it. They were easy to contact but again I had to say I had to go head and cover myself.

I understand that at this time people are short of help. I had an appointment back in June to get my Samsung refrigerator fixed. The first repair guy came, said he fixed the problem and it was still leaking after he left. Second guy came out July 23 said that he would be back August 12 and to take everything out of my refrigerator for the repair. The guy on the 12th never showed up I lost food I am a single mother and can’t afford to lose food. The next appointment was set September 7 and now it is finally fixed

When they actually approve the orders from the professionals that they hire, its a great service. But when they use their own arbitrary rules to create loopholes to get out of paying to fix or replace an appliance is when I have issues. And when I sent in a claim to review their denial of service, the case manager didn't try at all to reach me. My phone rang once, and they left a voicemail saying I missed the call. When I called back to the case managers extension literally one minute later they didn't answer. I was transferred to a different representative who said they had the same power, explained everything to them and then they said it didn't matter what I said, the claim for review doesn't actually do anything and won't change the company's mind. When I said why even offer to review it if you won't change your mind, she said so I could feel better about being heard... Just absolute garbage. And when I told her that was a messed up system she tried to make me feel bad about complaining by bringing up my past claims, which the number she said was wrong and when I told her half of those claims weren't actually resolved or denied and I didn't appreciate her brining them up to try to guilt me into shutting up, she then tried to back track and say she didn't say that and that she only brought them up to prove they did their job. When I reiterated that half the claims weren't solved or approved, she just said "Ma'am are you done?" HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. OVERPRICED SERVICE. Only will pay for one small repair and then will make up rules to not cover anything else.

Because I still do not have my air conditioner repaired. I called the last week of July and I know things and situations happen. I am going to be 75 on my next birthday and this Louisiana heat is killing me. The serviceman has everything for the repairs. His father passed away then the hurricane. We all survived. I was on the list for the Friday before the hurricane but I was not told about that appointment. He said he would be up and running this past Monday and I still have no appointment. I asked for a commitment to put me ont the list and when he replied I still did not have an appointment. I have reservations as to whether I will get air any time soon.

Would have been a 5 except we complied the option in 2 days but we needed a fridge/ freezer. It was nearly a month to cut a check requested. We had to replace the food in another appliance. We brought a frig/ freeze within there offer. Made 4 calls with a brush off with we have 30 days. I can be understanding of that but was a major item. It really seemed to a pass off. One other point, another review on same requested, no response?????

I had bad experience with on claims regarding my second fridge. First I had to pay the technician $65 for the call and he came in opened the fridge parts and left it like tht saying once the claim in approved they will fix it back. But the claim was denied due to pre existing issue(which it was not) and its fine. Because of the claim being denied i have a fridge parts opened and not fixed back. Second think i was assigned a case manager for the claim being denied and I had the worst ever experience with them. First they ask you to schedule a call with them using there calendar which I did bit i NEVER receive a call from them at the scheduled time and then i get an message saying they tried reaching me. I scheduled again 2-3 more times after that again I NEVER Recived a call but i get an message saying they tried reaching me which is preposterous and pure lies.

It is very hard to get service in a timely manner. They do not stand behind their customers like they should. I have been waiting for a while to get service. I am not happy. I put in a claim on August 30th and I am still waiting. Some of their services are okay but some aren't. They don't over things they say they cover. It is becoming a problem. I am seriously thinking about not renewing my contract.

It is always done right. I file a claim and they come and fix it. If it stops working later, they someone back out and don't have to pay the reasonable deductible again. My issues are always resolved.

Sometimes it can be difficult to get a hold of customer service. Most of it is done online. We had an issue with the AC unit in July and it was supposedly repaired and ten days later we had to call again because there was water leaking. It is never fixed correctly. They keep sending different companies to work on the same issue. They did fix our garbage disposal and that was very smooth.

My first experience, guy came out to fix microwave and said he was ordering a part, he never came back. Took the money and never even answered the phone for the company. The second guy did fix it and was a man of his word. Was very nice. The reason I answered poor on customer service is because they do not accommodate a person that has a voice disorder, which is means I can't speak over the phone. Told me someone has to call. Need to work on how to accommodate a person/ people with a disabilities
