Sometimes stuff gets done but it's definitely not superior or what I would consider an expert level service, just kind of a middle of the road. I feel like their response times could be faster and their resolutions right could be better. I've had to pay for things out of pocket and then not get my money back because they didn't respond fast enough.

False promises were made about their coverages.They have such a long wait time to get to a real live person to talk to. They don't follow through with their services. I've been receiving notifications that the equipment has been ordered from Choice to my email address and it's saying congratulations your equipment has been ordered and the technician will call you to set up a time to install. That's a bald faced lie they haven't placed the order yet. I called and asked the lady I got I said why did I get this notification if you all have not ordered the product and she says quite frankly I can't give you answer.

We have had to use Choice three times & in the end, we're pretty satisfied. There's a little maze to run through with some of the companies chosen by Choice, but, overall, we're satisfied. You cannot beat the price, especially if you buy a 3-year package.

I had a plumbing problem. I was told a time frame for the work. When they did not show up I called Choice rep and was told he was running late and I said OK. Later I called back to speak to a rep and asked if he was still coming and got a short response. When the repair person showed up he said the claim had been canceled [NOT BY ME].

Choice Home Warranty is a Very Good Product, and Customer Service very responsive to resolve your issue in reasonable time. Like All Home Warranty companies, they look for the lowest cost tech (parts and labor), which is not the same as a "quality" tech.

We had an issue with our microwave and they sent someone out to fix it in a reasonable amount of time. He did a great job and left. As far as customer service, they are one of the worst. They started calling, texting and emailing me 4 months before my contact expired. The messages they left me were miss leading and fraudulent. My original sales rep ignored my phone calls, text messages, emails and even Facebook messages. Bottom line, when we needed help with an appliance repair, they made it happen. If something doesn't go right and you my to go through your sales rep or customer service, forget it.

Dishwasher washer quit working paid 65 dollars for tech to say it's none fixable choose him warranty responded with a offer for ME to go purchase one that doesn't cover the cost of a new one plus I'm not a plumber or electrician I'm on SSD disability then I gotta wait over two weeks to talk to the adjuster about this.. in the mean time I do without.. I thought paying for this insurance fully covered my appliances IF I could not be fixed it would be REPLACED so far that's not true I feel it's false advertisement and taking Advantage of the old and disabled.. Thank you very much..

Seems like choice is the best based on comparison but when I had a leak in my fridge, the first person that came didn’t do anything to fix it. I called them back and the second time, the repairman was able to fix the problem with no problems.

My only complaint with them is they sent me a plumber to fix a leak and then I had a problem with my toilet and I wanted the same plumber and they didn’t give me her and sent someone from over seventy miles away. I do like that they offer more for plumbing and things like that.

Customer support seems good. I actually speak to a person when I make a claim. I would like them to be a little more knowledgeable about what is and is not covered. It is a very good policy. It is well worth it to pay sixty five dollars for a plumber to come out.

Used it a total of three time. The first time for the ac was great. The second time was for the dishwasher. I am still waiting for it to be fixed and that was three or four months ago. I haven’t heard anything. I had a water leak that ended up not being covered. They could provide more descriptions on what is covered. It would have saved me hours and a little but of money if is was more clear.

On time I used them, they were very prompt to fix my problem. They did not fix my hot water tank because they said it was a preexisting condition so that wasn’t a great experience but they did help us with our refrigerator problem. The guy was very efficient so that made me feel better.

Used it about three weeks ago because the stove wasn’t working properly because my wife did the self cleaning feature and it got stuck. Someone came out it and fixed it. Sometimes the service takes a long time which can be bad if you need someone right away. You don’t want to wait 24 hours for a plumbing issue.

We’ve used it a couple of times. We’ve ha them come out and look at the air conditioning. They were very fast and friendly with the plumbing and washing machine. It took three times to get out refrigerator fixed. It would be better if they did preventative work and didn’t just wait until something goes wrong.

Some of the people that you talk to are hard to understand. Yeah my heater stopped working on Saturday and they came on Monday or Tuesday they ended up fixing it and it was up and ready to go. It's just a really good deal if you're a home owner.

They tried to over charge me if I had not caught it in time. Six months into my warranty my air conditioning went down and they needed to replace a part and they said it was not compatible, so they have to put both the unit they said that I would have to pay for the exterior unit and when the charge came in I had to pay twice for the external unit which it was very difficult to get credit from them.

They are cheaper than a lot of other ones. I have used it regularly and they sent somebody to help me out recently so I didn't wait for over a month to get my heater fixed. My only thing that they call too much. They are calling like 6 months before the warranty expires and that's very annoying because they keep calling.

This regards garbage disposal change out. Technician filter remove The Knockout plug which did not allow my dishwasher to drain. I called for dishwasher repair in the technician pointed that out to me to get my dishwasher working again. Still had to pay the $85 fee.

The biggest Issue I have is a lot of times it takes awhile for them to find a technician, so anytime you are in an emergency situation you don't have any options. A lot of times you pay out of pocket even though you have a warranty those are not justified and I experienced that couple of times in the past. I think a lot of the technicians are very good and professional. Recently my heater water heater broke and they were able to respond to it very promptly and they were able to find the technician. I think they're all this very responsive and very timely.
