They replaced my dishwasher, which is great, but the installation tech broke my sink, and AHS refused to cover fixing the sink even though my sink is covered since it was broken by someone not "normal wear and tear"

I talked to six or seven customer service team member and most of them are not willing to help and when I asked them if I can talk to thier supervisor the answer is always they are not avialable. Most of them they don't even know what is cover and what is not cover. Very disappointed.

AHS sent Air Docs out twice to fix my furnace I paid $100 for the service and it was not fixed. AHS would not hold up their promise of fixing it. I cancelled my contract and got a real company and the furnace is so bad it needs to be replaced I would never tell anyone to use AHS

Too expensive can get many services cheaper. E.g. rekey, plumber, etc. I had an emergency this weekend and was told it would be 24-48 hours before I got a response. Then I noticed AHS gave me a wrong number. Even Consumer Reports does NOT recommend this type of company. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, FOLKS!!

HVAC was "fixed" on 4/16/21. As of 5/9/21, not working again! Unit has been worked on 4 times in the past 2 years and is 16 years old, yet they keep putting expensive band-aids on it rather than replace it. I'm done spending money on this!!

My issue still hasn't been fixed after 3 visits .. they are not tightening the screws properly on the tank and its constantly leaking or they over tightening the screws and put a minor crack in my tank which means you are paying for a whole new toilet ..

I called to get fixed and they said its covered. I get a phone call from contract company it is not covered. I called AHS 3 times and 2 out of 3 said it was from Puerto Rico. The operators do not know how to do customer service when I called 2 out of 3 times saying it is covered and one was trying to make another work order.
