Horrible it's been over 20 days without air conditioning. I have asked every day to speak to management and nothing happens. I also have family that has asthma and have made this known and AHS will not do anything! I have had the run around since June 30th today is July 16th! It's ridiculous.

From poor contracting companies, to denying basic repairs and replacement of items, to not being able to schedule all appliances selected for service on a tade call, you are essenitally akin to a health insurance company that sucks up money to deny as much coverage as possible.

AHS will not replace or repair an appliance until it totally fails. I have a refrigerator that has a failing compressor, but AHS will not repair until there is a total failure - when I will loose all my refrigerated food.

Cost me &600.00 for freon @ $75.00 said If it happened again it could be a leak! He did not check for any leaks! My local A/C person said he only charged $30.00 so I feel like the person you sent did not do his job! I surely am not happy with that service

Lackadaisical about servicing their customer and their phone agents are farmed across the ocean to people who I can barely understand. And their actions on getting my repair done is also lackadaisical. I had to pay for the repair and a month later I haven't received my money yet.

I've had a number of issues with billing and service. Most times I've called the problems can't be answered or rectified or if they are it's taken an absurd amount of time. Additionally most of the customer service representatives are hard to understand/language barrier.
