The technician recommended a descale of our (non functioning)water heater. We asked to schedule this service asap regardless of the AHS warranty decision. We had been without hot water for 10 days. My husband called 4 times and left messages for a follow up. After being told that our AHS warranty didn't cover the repairs, their next available appt was an additional 7 days. In addition to the $400 repairs, they recommended a 4k water filtration system. The way this company communicates or rather doesn't, gives us no confidence in how a paying customer would expect to be treated. So I guess they did us a favor.
