I had a toilet and they said the contractor to you some excuse that you wouldnt fix it. The same contractor had came a few months back to fix a sink leak that he had to come back three times before it was fixed.

Terrible. You have to talk to a foreigner every time you have an issue. Then, if you have to call back, then it is another foreigner, and you have to start all over, and that is if you can understand them.
