I contact AHS to add my new pool-spa in the month of Oct/Nov. The agent suggested to cancel the current contract and apply for a new one, with no penalty. When the new contract started in Dec 17th, i had to pay $76 penalty fee for cancellation. Since I just want to upgrade, this is really disappointing.

Nothing ever is properly fixed, just patched up temporarily. This is all across the board, whether it is plumbing, HVAC and electrical. We (as renters) and our owners have wasted a lot of money because of the low quality work and effort.

Trick customers with word games, says in the contract and what they actually do are different, says that only mold are not covered, but actually they refused to repair my appliances just because they found mold, how about the other broken parts? Voided because there is mold, and it's totally not what the contract is saying.

Furnace has been out for two weeks, temperatures are freezing, ice storm, and have now spent hundreds on hotels, with 2 year old and wife, because hvac, company that they use cannot even give us a time table of when they can even get started, excuses are weak, because if it was they're family it would be taken care of already. SMH

Had to wait a over a week for someone to come to my home. The temperatures were in the teens and I had no furnace. They would not approve someone local to come and fix it. I am 81 and went without heat for over a week. Then they would not start it up and said we need a new one. Well got someone local and they fixed it.

Have had this service for 3.5yrs never used once. Then had a claim to replace T&P valve to include extender tank and was denied the service due to the builder putting the extender tank in the wrong place I.e to far away from the valve. Horrible experience and a waste of money!!!!

I called almost 2 weeks ago about the monthly increase that I am being billed. The person that I spoke with said that she would look into getting it lowered and get back to me within a few days via email. I have not heard anything. I am disappointed at the extreme increase and now the follow up not received!!

Had to replace a water heater. I was never provided with cost for different options AHS picked the cheapest option. When I ask for the payout amount I was told I had to speak to a different department that never returned my call. I kept having to call to check on status and there was a long delay. I was also charged $1k out of pocket
