Recent experience with our refrigerator - been waiting 1 month and still no response from assigned company left them a message and no answer.customer service at AHS not very helpful either and advide to just wait with current vendor. The long hold time with AHS is a big deterrent to keep calling them to launch complaints

I rate them low because I paid for a service and they did not fix the problem. I called multiple times and struggled to get my issue fixed. When I talked to a customer service representative she could not answer my questions. Asked to talk to her manager and she told me mangers don't take calls.

the companies sent out are awful. I tried to get a refund from a previous service where a plumber came out for a leak then stated he couldn't put hands on anything and then left. I was on hold with customer service forever and couldn't wait that long. RIDICULOUS!
