Terrible, ac/heat was leaking. Give came said give 2 days to catch up. Never stopped running on garage floor, under garage door and down driveway. Called in today about that. Then had Taylor appliances come for microwave, he unhooked my overrange microwave. Said he would check back at the store for the particular piece that blew out or order it. He never responded back and my microwave still is inoperable. Company said they never came to my house

They are horrible at execution, ordering of parts. Our AC broke on Aug 5 and we still don't have it fixed. There were issues with getting the part approved to be ordered as well as actually getting it ordered. Their follow up is also horrible as they were supposed to follow up with me today and I still haven't heard from them. We have experienced quite a heat wave during August which has also made it painful! It is now Aug 31 and we are still without AC.

Plumbing: I called to get my gas leak fixed. Tiger Plumbing came out to tell me that they needed to run a gas leak test which wasn't covered. I paid $100 for that! They will not refund me because he came out. AHS knew BEFORE they took my money that they don't cover the test. It's unethical to take it anyway.

I asked for an itemized bill from the vendor replacing my water heater. AHS was unable to provide that information. The vendor refused to send it to me stating I had to obtain from AHS.i do not have much confidence in the ability to send reputable repair services to my home.

I needed some duct work done and filed a request with AHS. They sent out a contractor who determined it wouldn't be covered by AHS. The contractor ended up doing the work and I paid him directly but I also had to pay AHS a $75 charge for a quote that all contractors do for free. So the job cost me more than it should/would have.

I will let you know when the job of fixing my dryer is complete. It began July 29 and is still not finished. The company contracted by American Home Shield, Sears A&E failed to show up on three scheduled dates when I stayed home all day waiting. When I called American Home Shield they refused to assign a different vendor.

It has gotten horrible. I have been without ice since April 2021.I have paid for 5 services and the repair still is not done. I have 10 times requesting a supervisor. Never getting a returned call. I am requesting 2 new refrigerator this has been a horrible experience. Service use to be excellent it has gone down hill. Something needs to be done. I cannot get any returned phone calls. I filed a claim in January to fix my washer and dryer! The guy came out and never did anything past that. I have called NUMEROUS times and no one has fixed my washer or dryer or ever called me back after the "escalated" the call. Which has been three different times supposedly. I want my 100 dollar copay back as nothing was ever fixed and I ended up having to buy a new washer myself anyway.

When you call American home shield you staying in line to talk with a representative for almost an hour after it’s very hard to communicate with them because they don’t speak English American home shield work with different people from different countries And their English is very poor!!!
