When you call customer service, English is the 2nd language & the CSR's from other countries are hard to understand & they are very unhelpful. They don't note your account when you call in. I've had to call in several times for the SAME complaint & there are NO NOTES from the CSR's that I have talked to previously. I have been trying to get a valid claim paid for 2 months now!!!

I pay over $70 a month and I found out my garage door was no longer covered in my plan. No one ever informed us that there were new plans and I ended up paying out of pocket plus a $75 service fee. I could have just called the repair company myself if I knew I would have had to pay.

Because you don't give your clients an appropriate amount of money to replace their appliances. Plus you lock them into going to the most expensive places to purchase the replacement appliance. It seems if your gonna be replace an appliance for a small amount of money you should allow your clients to shop around for the best price then. Now we are in a large amount of debt because the amount you gave us did not cover the cost of a new refrigerator and left us in debt for $800 dollars just for a similar refrigerator.

AHS apparently has changed their operations. Contractors now have to get parts from AHS instead of getting them themselves. This has resulted in my having to wait two months to get my pool heater and washer repaired. Fortunately my last service request didn't require parts and was done promptly.

i do not want to share

My washer couldn't be hooked up because I needed hose extensions which was not included in my plan. I didn't know I needed all new hoses for the delivery guys to complete the delivery & hook up.

Still being charged for a house that was canceled several years ago. When called home shield said they would refund. They never did and I'm still being charged for that coverage and the current coverage on my current house. I have been double billed for about four years. I have email records etc. was told not to cancel the old house until resolved because I would lose coverage on my current house as well.
