I have submitted a claim for my water heater not working. We have not been able to take a shower for almost a week now and I’m getting no response from Choice Home Warranty. I paid for a plumber to come out myself and he has submitted his diagnosis and they just keep asking questions. It doesn’t work and the Rannai company said they don’t supply yhe internal parts any more do a 20 year old system but Choice is not responding or approving any work or replacement. Not sure what the problem is but looks like they are trying to deny fixing it and I got the premium warranty. Why is this?

I initially had issues with support, as I often received callbacks from representatives who struggled with English. However, my inquiries were followed up on, and overall, my experience has been positive. I had a friend who had a seamless experience with their air conditioner issue, but I faced a problem with my garbage disposal. Still, support has been decent.
