I had a great experience with customer support; they were quick to respond to my inquiries via email and phone. Although I initially thought I needed an electrician due to a power issue, my husband resolved it before they arrived. When I did need help replacing a junction box, the technician was efficient and did an excellent job. Overall, I'm pleased with the service!
