Hasn't been great. First 3 months my equipment was failing. I asked them to put a key pad on when I first contacted them and the installer didn't put one on and when I told him about it he just said to call back

They need better products. I've had one camera go out and the doorbell camera fall off. I've had to have the repair man come out three or four times. I'm just really not happy with it.

I don't like the fact that i am locked into a contract where I am unable to ise the equipment but they offered a slight discount if I wanted to pay it out. How very unkind to still want money for equipment that is unusable and now out of date. I will never recommend then to anyone.
