Experience has not been good. I was told I would not have a bill for 2 months and I was sent a bill. I was told it would be fixed by the rep that installed my system named Anthony and it still was never fixed

I had a terrible experience with guardian. Sales person was rude and the equipment sucks. Doesn’t work for me at all and company won’t issue a refund but wants to squeeze me into a long term contract.

I would give them a zero if able. Worst customer service. Worst monitoring service. Locks you into 5 year contract then tries to sell you upgrades to offer what they told you was included when you signed up!
