Installed in Feb and the system has not worked as advertised yet. I have cancelled my monthly payment and they want to send to collections and I will fight. System shows fault daily tech has been to house multiple times. The service and product are not good. I think the ranking for this company is too high!

This company has shaddy busyness practices. They didnt mention the contract length (5 five years) nor the fact that I would have to pay thousands to get out of it before the end. If you need to reset passwords it will be a nightmare. Stay away from this company . The new reset passwords will not work and your account will be blocked. Imagine that in an emergency situation.

I’m sorry that you feel frustrated with this situation. We take your concerns seriously because customer satisfaction is very important to Guardian. The master password is used to verify your identity when an alarm is triggered or when speaking to Guardian Protection. It also gives you authority to make changes on your account. The password is a precious piece of information so when changes are requested we follow protocols for your own safety and to protect your security. With regard to the security agreement which you signed, Guardian makes a significant upfront investment when new electronic security hardware is installed and activated in your property, and the costs of such hardware are recouped by the provider over the initial contract period. This is the reason an early termination fee may apply if you wish to cancel prior to the end of the initial contract period. The contract also serves to protect both the consumer and the provider, by defining services to be provided, rates, terms, and obligations of each party.

You were billed on a pro-rated basis, only for the days from the date of your system installation through the end of the month and not for the whole month. You were also billed for the month of November for the services you received in November. In summary, your first Guardian bill was for a total of six days in October plus 30 days in November. Each of your following bills will be for one month of monitoring service. I apologize for your frustration. I can see that our professional technician installed your system August 7 but was unable to finish it due to internet service/wi-fi not being available. I can see that we were to return in early September after you notified us that your internet service was available but that due to a scheduling error the return trip did not take place.
