I regret for getting this service. Unfortunately I stock on 3 years agreement. There is no 24/7 recording . Just live. I didn't know until we install it. Recorded only 1 minute if any person or object around house. Then they offering to get memory and install it to get that recoding. I have to call guy and pay him again to do it. .

Worst company that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The have no customer service available unless you wait for hours ( up to 10 hours ) on hold . Then they refer you to another phone number to complete your request which agsin is not answered

Terrible customer service, when you want to buy it they will offer you the moon and call you right back but if you call them to cancel you can't get a hold of anyone even if you email them. I've been trying to cancel for a month

I am trying to cancel my service. I have been on the 800# line for 1 hour, 20 minutes. No callback option as the wait time is outside their operating hours - 7 HOURS FROM NOW. I went on chat - can't cancel that way. told to call in at 8 a.m. ET (6 a.m. my time) when there's no queue.

My experience has been a nightmare. Cheap, flimsy equipment. So many false alarms when I had the system disarmed. Customer service wanted to blame everything on the monitor service. I have two other systems with other companies that I am very satisfied with. Stay away from Frontpoint!!!

Didn't even get past the sales pitch. The call was a spoofed call to look like a local phone number & person, when I asked where he was calling from, he said "Utah"... not good being dishonest from the start. Would have maybe been a paying customer, but for that.

I had their system for 18 months before I fired them. Their equipment and support is terrible. There is no accountability on their side for failed equipment and service. Read the contract carefully - Once you sign their contract you are LOCKED IN for 3 years. I ate the cost for the remaining 18 months, but it was worth it.

Way too expensive. They do not reach out to check in with you and/or test the equipment to make sure it is operating effectively. My previous security company was CPI and I found them to be far superior. Looking forward to the contract expiration. Learned my lesson. Never again.

when you're purchasing sysrem everyone is nice. Then when you decide you don't like the system and return it way before your trial ends you're getting a hard time getting your refund back. Return my system still waiting for my refund was on hold for over an hour today with no answers. They take your money fast but don't return it.

When we had a 'connection' issue with their equipment they sent us a circuit board to install ourselves with the help -by phone - with the worst customer service rep. Interesting our "problems" started they had new gear for us to buy and sign up again for a contract you cannot cancel. Go elsewhere!

Completely disappointed in the fact that they have you order different products then when you receive and call to activate they always have you try and keep paying for upgrade to their system, bunch of thieves that little by little keep robbing you.. definitely looking into an upfront company..
