I have ask to speak with a Supervisor over 12 times say they give my number no one called, System is not working with garage door sensor so I return it waiting on my refund. Company is very poor in terms to responding to customer. Why in the hell should I pay for an alarm and the panel is mal functioning. I need an alarm which covers the area with full protection. They don’t care just in it for money. BBB need to be informed on this poor service. Norman

No customer loyalty. Was with them over 10 years. They slowly stopped replacing failing technology and charging. Then when 3G was going obsolete they charge for a new circuit board that you have to install and sign you into a 1 year contract. When you cancel They charge you 80% of what's left plus an additional month. After paying $54 a month forever, when you cancel they offer you $19 a month and try and catch you with a 3 year contract. Shady company that went downhill over the years. Don't believe the glowing reviews.
