In short, I set up alarm with a rep. They confirmed all alarms installed correctly and operating. Like couple months go by and I notice front door alarm to working. I called to share my concern that someone could have told me that. Reps and supervisors basically said it''s my fault for not installing correctly but they told me it was installed correctly. When I asked about recording of me talking to first rep and other reps they said we have no record of anything with my front door. So someone could have broken in to my house and killed my family yet they address this with irresponsibility. Unacceptable.

Pretty good! Like to get an email every time my alarm goes off so that I can feel connected to the network at all times and not have to wonder if I''m being monitored continually. The emails stopped after the probation period.

Solid tech, easy to use once installed. Install was a nightmare. Equipment is expensive. Outside camera is too sensitive or not sensitive enough, changing settings does not dial it in enough. Bugs and insects record on it all the time.

I have actually been dissappoitned and will be ending when my contract is up the camera feature and app is awful....so much time delay to see who is at the door they are gone before the app loads (Iphone 6 plus and updated software)

I never had any problem in reaching out to anyone and it's effective anytime of the day. I'm quite satisfied with that. The equipment is also good. I was out of the country and someone had to get in my house, and the alarm went off but I wasn't notified at all.

They're generally responsive on some areas. I was looking for more equipment that I understand they don't have. Some of it is a little clumsy and falls off, which causes the alarms to go off.

We had an issue with the front door getting opened and we knew that we had opened the front door and it took them fiften minutes to alert us that the front door had been opened ad we got no alert. No police was called, no phone calls are made.

My initial experience was horrible with them. The gentleman who set up the account initially messed everything up. They gave me credit for somethings, then they took all the credits away and billed me for it. What a crappy way to do business.

I thought it was easy to set up. They have good customer service, I just don't know how to work the system. I don't know how to arm it without going online. There's nothing on that front desk to tell you how to work it, they just send it out and have you set it up yourself as if you're a genius. I wish I could return in and get my money back, I hate it.

They haven't really given us any support, instruction on how to use anything, or instruction on how to test it. It's very basic and I don't trust it to keep my house secure, once my contract is done I plan to switch to a different company.

They have been pretty helpful with anything I've needed. The only thing is that I would have preferred it if someone had come out and installed everything for me. It would also better if the equipment wasn't just stuck to the walls or windows.
