I don't like the fact that i am locked into a contract where I am unable to ise the equipment but they offered a slight discount if I wanted to pay it out. How very unkind to still want money for equipment that is unusable and now out of date. I will never recommend then to anyone.

Extremely dissatisfied

Terrible. This company lies and tells people or atleast your agents do that it's not a contract and it really is. I specifically told an agent I would be moving and they said it wouldn't be a problem and it was! All liars I will never ever recommend this company noe that my debt is paid I'm going back to ADT!!!!

Doesn't work with customers well. I feel I was taken advantage of by company. I moved, was told to leave equipment in last home, company would replace due to being outdated, the got to new home and was expected to pay for new equipment. I'm paying for service I don't have.
