Just OK, the installers came in and started drill hole everywhere not happy about it the cameras sometimes catch things and just found out Ring is cheaper to operate for the year.

Mediocre. The gentlemen who sold us the system told us all about excellent customer service and the system works, but the customer service is only alright and the quality of the product install is pretty bad.

It's good quality equipment I have no difficulties with it. I like being able to control it from my phone. I would suggest the come back after they sell it to you and check it out once in a while. Once I bought the system I never heard from them again.

Customers service has not always been friendly or helpful. The wait for techs when the service doesn't work is unacceptable- three to four weeks and the bill was NOT adjusted. Medical issues in the home with an elderly parent and Vivint didn't care at All. Waiting for the contract to end to find a company that cares about their customers.

none, child opened door to house before. before I could get inside alarm went off. never got a response from Vivint to ensure it was just a false alarm. makes me wonder if it would have been a real break in of police would have been called.
