I've had other systems and this one is by far the top of the line. It's easy to use and to set up and to monitor from my cell phone. The only thing I would suggest is that my system sometimes goes into standby more and they have to refresh it. The people who work there are professional and nice and easy to understand.

You really get a lot for the money you are paying. You can monitor it from your phone if you are out of town. It is very high tech. Anytime we need any anything or have questions, they were right on it with no problems and they'll fix problems.

I like the fact I had a panel that couldn't be cut off and it still works if the electricity isn't working. I feel I have peace of mind because our house had been broken in before. It is nice to know that I can turn it on with my phone. Trying to get customer service doesn't always work and we have had some issues with the batteries. It would also be nice to have a picture on the panel but that is a petty thing, it just would be nicer.

I'm not as protected as I would have wisher, that really isn't Vivint's fault, it's just all that I could afford. What I have is adequate and I wish I could afford the upgrade. Everything I have asked them to do, they've been right on. They are very courteous and willing to help.

The thing I like the best is that if something does happen they notify me right away via phone call and email. Anytime I had an issue they were always courteous and knew what they were talking about to rectify any issue I had.

This system does a great job. It's really simple to use and if you do have a problem you can call someone and they'll help you or you can go online and find help. I've had a couple situations where I've had to call in and they keep talking to me until we figure out what went wrong. They're really helpful.

If anything goes on in the house they let you know immediately. Maybe about a month ago I had left something on the stove. They called and got the fire department here and everything worked out. Everything works. When the weather is bad they let you know.

We like the cameras. It's just real handy to be able to look outside and see who's coming to the door or what's going by. I bought it through Best Buy and I've always had good luck with Best Buy products. Vivint is always cooperative, helpful, and responsive. The one time we had a slight problem with the equipment a man came right out within 24 to 48 hours. I had ADT and they kept going up and up and Vivint has stayed within three dollars of our original price.

I like their prices and their customer service and the quality of their products. They are very good at communicating through email, phone, and the app. They are very good with getting back to you in a timely manner and figuring out your issue if you have one. The cameras are very clear and easy to see through the app. I can check in anytime through the app on any of my cameras and see what's going on. I can talk through them if I need to talk to someone right away through the camera. The sensors are very sensitive so sometimes the go off without being provoked.

The equipment is pretty user friendly. They are pretty helpful when you call and they call periodically to check in and make sure everything is going good. I'm having issues with my thermostat but most everything works as it should. When I was having issues with their cameras they were able to take care of the issue.

Vivint is affordable and available. I can get new products that are my last home security company didn't offer. I know they use wave technology - I have a thermostat and a door locking system that talk to each other and you don't even need internet today that so I think their equipment is great.

I've never had a problem with customer service, when I call in to ask questions, they were able to answer it. The equipment is great. I just don't like it when they upgrade call so much, it should be offered at a lower price to renew the contract.

I love my Vivint Smart Home system. It offer the best in security and cameras for my home. I love that I can run all my devices on 1 app instead of having multiple apps like some of my friends. Too me Vivint offer a true Smart Home experience while competitors only offer a '''controlled home'' and there is a big difference in that.

Fantastic service. We’ve set it off accidentally a few times and they were polite and did not scold us. We’ve had a couple of problems and they were fixed really quickly. They are top of things. I’ve had the system for year and they don’t charge me for updates. I would highly recommend them.

They're always available. I've had a couple incidents where the little kids that have the alarm on and they respond very quickly and the app is easy. Everything is easy to use and they're very helpful. I really like the app. I can view the cameras any time of the day, anywhere. It makes me feel safe and secure as a single mother.

If there is a problem, like I put in the wrong code. It notifies me immediately. My stove was smoking and it gave us an alert. I have no problem with the equipment. If anyone is coming to my place I can see them outside. Vivint is the best. I would like it if I could turn on my heat when I'm away from home.

I've never had a problem anytime I've had to call them they've been great. I've never had a problem with their equipment. If you are away you can control your thermostat and your security alarm. You can be notified through your app if someone comes to your door and you're not home you can talk to them.

My experience has been good so far. The only complaint I have is not being held responsible for equipment that's left in the home for purchase. I feel it is the buyer responsible to start service with Vivint. Customer should be able start service in their new home without being billed again for equipment

I've been with them since 2009. I didn't like ADT and my neighbors liked vivint so I switched. If there is an issues they always resolve it quickly. I think it's as good as anything else out there. The equipment doesn't seem to have any problems that can't be easily fixed. Everything feels and looks like it's made very well.

The customer service is usually friendly however their knowledge of the system is not always accurate or helpful. Normally I have to get on the phone more than once before the issue is resolved. I had the system updated in April and had to have several pieces of equipment updated after that because it wasn't all updated when they were here. My feedback would be that they need to better train their telephone staff.

It does a very good job for our security. I'm constantly looking in on the camera and I haven't experienced any delay with the camera. Whenever I have an issue they resolve it immediately. I like that I can turn the lights on when I'm not home.

Their staff is friendly. Anytime an alarm goes off they call me immediately. If I have any other issues they do what they can to resolve them. I've had their equipment for about 5 years now and I have not experienced any problems.

I am so please with my Vivint System. I have been in Guam, Hong Kong and Martha's Vineyard and was able to access my home. It 's a great service to have. I have recommeded Vivint to others and my sisters had it installed at their home.

They charged me for a false alarm which caused the fire department to to respond, unfortunately it was not documented that I responded over phone that everything was alright. Overall it was taken care of and they dismissed the bill which I was very much satisfied.
