Installation was easy. System works in multiple ways and is easy to use. Calls when an alarm goes off are handled appropriately. The problem is getting g an answer on how to turn the alarm off when a low battery sound is going off.

It is cheaper than ADT and easier to use. I think their website could you give you more information about the different products they offer, like cameras or stuff like that, but when you call them you usually get an answer and they know what they are talking about.

I think the company is very we organized. We are not fans of the door bell camera not being able to be '''armed'' for notifications only when we are not home. It records every movement and gives us notifications for EVERYTHING when we are home. Very inefficient and takes up a lot of video and phone time.

I've been having problems with it. It keeps beeping and I was told it was the battery and I replaced it and it's still beeping so the problem has not be solved. I'm 79 years old and I needed help changing the battery and I would have paid for somebody to come and change it for me. I feel like they should provide that service and help us out instead of us having to pay for a service call.

My experience has been positive. They respond appropriately on alarms and are always there to help. I do not like the fact they charge $2 paper fee when I pay consistently and download my statements since the beginning. This should be removed without going on autopay.

Guardian attempted to do what is good. Overall the protection is good but I have had a lot of malfunctions and they've had to make a few service calls, and they were slow about making the calls. They need to adjust the fees charged for technicians, every time something malfunctions, they want to charge you and that can get very expensive.

I like that they try to find resolutions to your concerns. I think they could improve on telling the customers about all fees/features upfront like only getting 400 camera shots or whatever it is and then your camera stops recording until the first of the next month.
