You guys are awesome. Customer support was extremely helpful--if they did not know the answers to my questions right away they just would go and ask another employee or a supervisor and just made sure that they got the answers for me that I needed. Guardian Protection seemed like it was more affordable compared to everyone else. It's very easy to use. I like the fact that I can get all the notifications from my phone and control it from my phone.

Guardian Protection is accommodating and I've already called a couple of times, one to schedule a service and they came out they did the service within a reasonable time frame. I also called back to get my bill changed to a specific date that way I can had an auto auto drafted very easily the way I would like for it to be auto drafted and they were accommodating on it as well. The security equipment is pretty good, my thermostat is very good and easy to use, good functionality, and the app that we used with the technology of it is very easy to use. It works really well and it makes our life easier. The best thing about using Guardian Protection is the peace of mind that we get knowing that the house is safe and also when we're not there, the ability to not have to worry about whether not we armed the system when we've already left the home because we can always log into the app and check in real time anywhere.

I think the equipment is very nice, the pad in the kitchen is very state of the art and it provides a lot of information. It has a lot of options kind so I'm still learning how to use it but I think I'm gonna really like it. I like setting the alarm and unsetting it on my telephone, I like the fact that I can do everything by phone. I like the immediate response and alerts. I think the price is right. I'm getting good service for the price I pay. My feedback is to just keep providing the same amount of customer service and nice friendly installers like I had and I think that they will do very well.

Well first of all customer service, the salesman very dependable. I had a bad experience with another company and that's why I didn't take that company's security. But I've had the pleasure of meeting the Guardian sales guy several times and then I finally was able to go ahead. I know the service is good, he gave me the pros and cons, and he really was very good about explaining how good his company is in comparison to other companies so I was sold on that. They are very customer service oriented, they understood my needs and they took care of them. They showed a willingness to help me and took care of me and I appreciate that even though it takes a long time to get on it, once you do, they take care of their business. I like the cameras, I feel secure knowing that they've got sensors and that they have a twenty four hour customer call center, calls will be answered and if I'm in danger, I can get the police or whatever service I need, so I like the fact that they have that twenty four hour call center. I just wish they would come down a little with the price.

I feel safer being here alone and when my family is here, it adds another level of security that we’re going to be okay. If something were to happen, there is an easy way to call and I feel like somebody is going to be here right away. They were very willing to work with me and the budget I had. The guy that came to install it was extremely knowledgeable and made sure I understood the whole system before he left. Even the salesman made sure we were getting the best system. I am very appreciative of everybody’s help. There is a delay sometimes when the doorbell ring but that is my only feedback.

not a lot of interaction (not complaining!) but every time i've had interactions w/ anyone, they've been super pleasant and knowledgeable. I liked that i got a call when i accidentally set my alarm off and the woman was aware that i put the code in but still wanted to check on me and expressed that she was glad i was okay (and i know it's her job to make sure it's not a false alarm before calling the police, but still). I also like that i can link my security system to my phone so if i'm away, i never have to worry about the cats setting off the alarm and me not knowing, or if something happens, i will be aware.

I enjoyed Guardian Protection when I was waiting for my lawn to be installed and I was out of town. So I simply used my front door ring doorbell and my app to check in periodically to see if anytyhing was happening in the front yard and I was able to know when they began the work and take pictures as they were working. I had a complete diary of what had gone on prior to my arriving back home so if the endor tried to pull a fast one in any way I would kno wthe difference. I appreciate the comfort of knowing that no one can infiltrate our home or even come to the front door without our knowledge. We have found the equipment to be very reliable and the app exceptionally easy to use. When the system was initially installed, I had a number of questions on changing settings and they were extremely helpful and responsive to the point they even called me back to make sure I was happy with the information they provided us and it was working well.

The people that came were really good at not trying to oversell me on something I didn't need. They gave me exactly what I needed based on my need. I've had a couple issues getting all the different components I needed like a different door lock or door bell. They always came back in a timely fashion to do what they need to do to install these items. They kept me informed on when they'd be back. The equipment seems cutting edge. I have the app on my iPhone and iPad. It's for a vacation home and if I have to let someone in I have the ability to do that with the equipment. It's simple to arm and disarm.

They were extremely helpful when I had to get a security certificate for my insurance. They're very quick to act on every question that I've had. The thing that I like about the system is that if I forget to set the alarm, it sends me a notification. If my thermostat needed a new battery, it sends me a notification about that. I can quickly log in to look at my camera when someone has been on my doorstep. It's a very easy to use system and provides all kinds of information. The best thing about Guardian Protection is the user friendly app and the options that you have if you go with the full installed system. Like opening your garage door remotely, opening the front door, turning on a light in the house.

I have been with them so many years. I don't know what brought me to them in the first place, but they've been very good. I have no complaints and no reason to make a change. Guardian has updated and upgraded my equipment over time so I'm always using the latest and the greatest. Whenever I call them they are prompt on the phone: they don't leave me on hold, they respond to my questions, they're knowledgeable and the person I talked to has all the answers. I don't have to get switched around and when I've had service at the house, the people that have come out are very knowledgeable and professional.

When I first got the service, I had a few questions so I called them and they were always quick to answer and always very nice and very kind so I appreciate that. I would say that it's very high quality. It feels very very sturdy and it works well. It's quick to respond. The doorbell with the camera is my favorite thing. You can tell when somebody is at your door and you can be anywhere. Great service, good products, and I really appreciate their help whenever I call. I think the price is very fair. For what you're getting, the security and all the features that you're getting like the app on your phone that has everything, it's a wide variety of products and it makes everything very convenient.

Every time I've had an issue, I've been able to get ahold of them. It's been addressed and taken care of to my satisfaction. Their equipment always functions. I've never had a break down. It's not ugly. And the little things they put up on the doors aren't something you notice. So the whole set up is very comfortable. The people that I have dealt with particularly the service people who've come in because I moved so they had to come and reinstall it to my new location, they were very kind and nice and very prompt. They got the job done and did a great job. I was very comfortable with having them in my home.

The few times we used the customer service, they were prompt and very efficient. We've had some issues with the wireless window contacts. I think we've got that solved right now. But the wireless is not the same as the wire so it took us a while to figure out it. My understanding was that it would just give us speakers throughout the house and the sound system that came with our package, I was not familiar with and I expected to have good sound throughout the house, but I'd say my expectations and what actually happened was like a thousand percent better than what I thought I was getting. I'm quite pleased.

I liked the fact that their technicians were local. I had another company in the past, I think they were called Frontpoint or something, where I had to set the whole system up myself and the technicians they did have were not even from our area. In contrast, Guardian Protection had local technicians and they did a really good job explaining everything that I needed to know. I'm not tech savvy, but I've been able to use everything and explain it to the people that come to my house. They will rush to do anything that I need them to do and in general they have been really easy to get a hold of. I called them to cancel part of my service, the lock part of the system, because I couldn't put down the payment for that. They never took any of my information or anything when I called but later on that week I actually got a response from them. They did it for me without asking anymore questions and that was pretty nice.

We chose them after they were recommended by our home builder. It's very competitive as far as value, and I've never had any issues with trusting them. They've always been able to answer any questions that I had quickly and thoroughly. The technician that installed it was very friendly, and he took the time to walk me through everything: actual hands-on training. I appreciated that. A couple of times that we accidentally set off the alarm, the people were very quick to respond, and didn't make you feel bad because you'd accidentally set it off. The equipment has got a lot of options. You can do everything on it: close your garage, program your lights inside... I liked the technical advances that they offer.

Initially, it was offered in the home package, and then I kind of looked around as well. I think with the price and the services, Guardian looks like a good option. The equipment I have is good. It works, and I don't have any issues with it. There's a lot of features to it; I can use it from like 5 miles away from my house, so that's really cool. I don't think anything is exceptional, but they were good every time I talked to them. I think the technicians were really good. They did a good job, they're respectful, they give you a call ahead, and they keep their appointments on time. Overall, it's really good customer service.

It's pretty good but a little bit expensive. The house that I just bought already had Guardian protection so I didn't want them to change anything. The technician that came out was very helpful and he explained everything. I am very satisfied that the windows and doors have the voice where they can tell you if they're open, and I know what that meant that I will feel very secure. I've been very satisfied just going into that but let you know the doors open and like that and that the security of knowing that if I had to that they'll be able to talk to me. I have another alarm system at my house but it's not anything like that. Mine's just a little old basic thing so I've been very pleased with that.

I think the equipment is good because it's easy to use and we can set it so that the motion sensor doesn't go off. We have dogs, so it's easy to set when we just go out for the evening rather than when we are gone far away. It's all been positive actually. The equipment was actually free and it's 50-something dollars a month which is very reasonable. I think that it's very trustworthy. It was offered with our with our home, and our builder recommended it. We built a new home, so they installed all the stuff that we wanted at that time, so it was very easy. The gentleman who sold us the stuff and the guys who came and serviced it and set it up for us were all very professional.

Guardian was the provider that the builder recommend during the construction process. They were very responsive. They were good at explaining the options available and what makes sense for my individual situation. They followed up and were flexible on the appointments to get everything installed and tested. It's been good, I think it's easy to use. There were many options for me to pick, and I have multiple flexible ways to get it operational. Probably the one thing that I would have liked to be different is to have more clarity about the process of how things were going to flow from construction to the final installation of everything. For example, I did not know that for some of equipment I had to have internet service to make them work, and that confused me a little bit.

Guardian was a name that kept popping up that I saw advertised. Anytime anything happens around here the service has always been great, so I have no problems with them. It's just a good company to deal with and we're well satisfied. I'm using old equipment- my house is hard wired. I'm not using the new updated equipment. I called for an update but since I was already hard wired they couldn't go with the new equipment. I'm still considering adding some equipment to my house and I'll still be going through Guardian. If I didn't like them I wouldn't be considering spending more money with them. Anytime anything's going off they have immediately called. I've recommended them to many friends.

Guardian Protection was the first company to offer me the security solution with my builder. It offered to get everything done while the house was built, so instead of having all the wires outside, it was going to be built into the doors and the whole house. I haven't had any issue with them; the only customer service I have been in contact with was the installer, who was very helpful and very informative about about all my options. I had some issues with my installation and he took the time to fix that and get everything installed correctly. It looks like very good quality. So far it has been just a couple of months, but I'm very happy with the service. I'm very happy with the customer service, and I'm very happy with the installation.

We originally chose Guardian in Texas when we bought a brand new house, and the design center set it up for me. I think they recommended them. We just got it again in Arizona where we just bought our house. Never had issues with the company. Every time I would accidentally open the house the alarm would go off and they would call to make sure that everything was okay, so I was happy about that. We're just now getting used to the new equipment. I don't really like the one that's in my bedroom because when I go to bed at night and I turn the alarm on it beeps really loud. We're gonna call to see if they can turn that down. I do like the company. So far, we're happy with it.

My husband was the one that got the service. We needed a security system when we moved into our new home and he called them. I believe the person came out here and talked to him about the system. Customer service has been very good. In the last couple of weeks they actually came out to put new batteries in my equipment for free. The man that came to do it was very police, nice, and took care of things quickly. He even went and took off his shoes when he came in to avoid dirtying the floor. I haven't had any problems with the equipment. It's all very easy to use, especially for an older person like myself.

The service was offered to me at a reasonable price during my home buying process. I had to make several calls to get my appointment to do the installation. No one showed up to the first appointment we scheduled. The second time they came and called to try to get someone out there but didn't even leave a sign saying they had stopped by. In the end they did it and had to come back again to install a large thing in the garage that would be hooked up to the system. That was my only problem with them though. The equipment is great, everything works properly and if I forget to disable the alarm when I come in they call me within a few moments with the intercom. They are very efficient about that. The security is excellent.

I heard they were a reputable company, so I decided to go ahead and get it since I needed to protect my valuable assets. When I first met the gentlemen in July he was very thorough when explaining everything. He made sure I knew exactly what it was and what was available in terms of equipment for my new home. Afterwards, the gentleman that came to install it was very thorough and very very efficient. He even left a bit of a sign in front of my yard, which is like a warning to people so they know my home is protected. I'm impressed with everything. I like the equipment. I can sit in my home computer and see everything in the backyard, including my friends and neighbors come and go. It's $50 a month, which in general is really affordable. Having protection is the most important part of it all.

I heard about it from a friend. After looking into it I thought it would be a good service and since they had a promotion I just went ahead and signed up for it. Up until now they've been there for whatever I need. The people that I first contacted to get more information were great. The guy that did the installation was very professional and very friendly. He basically explained everything to me. The camera that they give you is awesome and I like all the other devices and equipment that come with the system. I also love that you can have it all on your phone and you can check on it, even when you're not at home. One time I walked in and set off the alarm. They were really quick to call me and make sure that it was me. They did their job and it was awesome. I know I'm secure and that if something were to happen they will call me immediately and help me.

We used to be with another security company but we weren't satisfied with them. Guardian come here and we were ready to change things with the other company. They actually offered to do a buy-out on our contract with the other company, so we took it. They offered a few extra things for a cheaper price. We have the doorbell camera and the thermostat and they showed us how to use it on our phone. They've done everything I've asked for so far. We did have some problems off the bat with the two sensors they installed. They were going haywire and would go off. The first night we had it went off at 12:30 or so. So I called them and they sent someone out to fix it. I can contact them directly, and the guy that helped us with the buy-out in the beginning also went and gave me his number so I could text him whenever I needed his help. We've had it for less than a month but we like it so far.

Basically I had been using them for 9 years in my previous home. My builder had recommended them at that time and since I had a good experience with them so far, I decided to keep them with me when I moved. Customer service is always available to listen to our questions over the phone and help me. We did have some issues during installation but they were able to come out and get them fixed. They have a pretty quick response. We like that we can now use the app to check on the system and to arm and disarm the alarm. I've had a good experience, and I think that price-wise it's all very doable. I would recommend it to friends and family.

It was all already set up in the home that I bought in September so I just decided to keep it. Since everything has been good so far I haven't had a chance to interact with their customer service much. When we've called them with questions though they have been very reliable and quick in answering our questions. They don't transfer you around to different departments or different people and that makes a great difference. The people that came to install the equipment were great, nice, and very professional. They explained to us how to work the equipment and told us everything we needed to know about it. They are clearly reliable and reputable, especially judging from the tons of people that are using their equipment in my development.

I decided to take a chance with them since a lot of people in the area went with that service and they seemed to be a well-established company. The only interaction I've really had with customer service was when they came in to put in the system. The folks that did the work did great. The equipment itself is great, though I'd like them to add a feature where I don't have to go through the phone app or to the pad to disarm the system. It'd be great if they had a way for it to be set automatically. Other than that, I really can't complain, it would have been great if it had been cheaper, but it's good in general and very reasonable. I think it has been money well spent.

They were part of the package for my new home when I purchased it. Since I'm a new homeowner there were a lot of companies that wanted to offer me their security services and all of that. None of the other ones had that many details about their equipment or anything, but Guardian gave me a bit more than that. So far they have always been quick to answer and respond to us, we haven't had any issues or concerns with them. They are easy to get to and I can always ask a technician on the phone or online if I have any questions. The only thing we ever ran into was a problem with the system and my garage door opener, but they came and solved the problem quickly. The price I'm paying for it right now is good, though I would love a discount.

My son in law was the person that researched and got Guardian for me. I built my own home out here in the country side and since I'm a bit away from things and I live alone I thought it was a good thing to get a security system. The gentleman that came here to work on the property was very knowledgeable and went right to work. He was also considerate and asked me if I he could move things around a little to get the installation done. The equipment is the worst really, there have been a couple of times when I opened the door and the door alarm went off when I thought it shouldn't have. I'm learning how to use it and I'm learning fast, so now I feel more secure when I sleep. I'm overall very happy to have this security system.

I had originally signed something with APEX, but they never gave me paperwork or gave me any information, which was strange. In the end, the people from Guardian Protection came by, and since I'm pushing 82 I decided it would be best to switch. Besides, the package they gave me included the necklace that I wear around my neck in case I fall or need help getting up. It was also cheaper than what I was paying before. It has been wonderful so far. Since I'm not very good with digital, it's good that I can just push the button and that's it. The equipment is just wonderful. I did have a time when I accidentally pushed the wrong button, but they were very nice and answered that call. I asked a few questions since I wasn't sure how to use it to lock the house up when I left. She explained how to do it and I was able to do the whole thing by myself. So far it has been wonderful.

They're there all the time! They've helped me through some dumb things because I'm not very good with technology. I had contractors come over to change my doors, and they didn't get the sensors back on properly, so Guardian Protection got somebody out to fix that. I've had them here twice, installing things, and it's been great both times. I complement them every time I call them because they've taken such good care of me so far. I have a sensor by the stairs, and I know that if I happen to fall, they'll call me and verify that I'm okay. The alarm has been set off accidentally already, and they were very prompt, very courteous, very professional and very confident. I've had nothing but good experiences with Guardian Protection.

The equipment is very good; everything works flawlessly. I feel a lot safer in my home now. I love that you can actually look through the doorbell camera; that was really cool too. I'm in the army, so I'm on base all day, and I don't know what's going on my house. This gives me a peace of mind, and I can be at work without having to worry about what's going on at home. I've had a wonderful experience with it so far. The installation is real quick, real easy, and the guy who came and installed it was real nice and respectful. Plus, they're quick to answer any questions I may have, whenever I call them. One of the main reasons why we got this was because the sales person that came up and spoke to me about it, really sold me the product. Talking about what the company stands for and why, and that really made me happy. He really told me what they stand for, their morals, and why they do things. That really sat well with me.

Because they are partnered with our builder, it has been a pretty seamless transition. They did they smart home wiring for use. It has been good so far. I was little confused early on and they have been great and when we needed them come out, they are there right away. They have made it really easy. It is a little expensive but it is a good value for the money.

Guardian Protection's system was included in my new home package with the builder. I haven't had any issues and no problems with the system. The system is easy to use and there was a seamless integration with the application and smooth user interface. The knowledge of having extra protection in case anything breaks is wonderful. If something goes wrong, it automatically notifies the authorities and other emergency systems.

I'd say this is state of the art equipment. My suggestion is that installers explain everything to the customer and be sure that all of the equipment is working before they leave and also give additional feedback, additional training so that the customer will not have to call back for more information on how to operate the system because I'm still getting glitches.

The touch pad on the alarm system was more interactive than I thought it would be. The system seems reliable. Well the equipment is small, it's not very obtrusive, and I was able to place it so it's not something that's highly visible inside the house to make it on attractive so I was happy that all the little gadgets are small. It just gives me sense of protection and I just I just feel safer with it. Also, they are available in terms of if I have a question I can always call Guardian and someone is always there to answer the questions.

I love the after sales support. Their customer service reps have gone over and above to make sure that my system is in and installed properly. I had AT&T prior, AT&T came in for no obvious reason and had cut all the wires so that my devices were not connected to the system and Guardian came in and rewired everything at no cost to me just so that I have security and peace of mind that my system work upstairs, downstairs all my windows and doors so yeah they've got a customer for life.

I like using Guardian Protection because they can connect without Wifi. If the power went out, I'd still be able to use my system. Guardian also offers a competitive price. I haven't had much interaction with customer service, but when I do it takes a while to get connected with someone over the phone. The doorbell doesn't always maintain a connection when I try to open it in the app.

Guardian Protection has a great customer service team. They are usually very helpful and are quick to respond to your questions. We haven't had any problems with any of the security equipment at all and we've had them for years. I think their different protection plans are really good. They offer a wide range of different security devices along with different plans that are available for whatever amount of protection you want for your home. Their price seems to be a bit high, but depending on how much you value security it might be worth it.
