Worst ever. They claim they have rides yet no one picks you up. Never calls to tell you either. Had to cancel numerous Dr's appts. Finding a dentist is beyond a nightmare as well. Day of appt dentist no longer takes plan.

Crooks. UHC is very hard to navigate and work with. What is the point in having health insurance if it doesn't cover health crisis that come up? If at all possible, I would recommend going with a different agency.

the co pays are too high and the Rx plan is so costly but that is the cost of the medications being so high that it is almost impossible to pay the monthly costs.

If you live in Utah or Idaho United Healthcare has one of the largest coverage areas. I found the premiums to be rather high and the copays to not be great. If possible, I would always go with SelectHealth in these states.
