Coverage gets less and less every year as co pays and deductibles rise each year. We have PPO and all of our providers are encouraging us to get Blue Cross Blue Shield.

Having to wait for over 1 hour to talk to someone to cancel the policy. I am pretty sure the ridiculous wait for cancellation was intentional on UnitedHealthCare's part.
