Horrendous! They told me that my GP was in their roster, she was not. Then they gave me a list of dr.s to call but none were GPS. The website had issues and they were not helpful. The dr I have now through them is inept.

I live in Dallas, TX. PCP assigned (30 miles away) has phone # that is out of service. Other listed PCP offices called said "NO" to Ambetter, one laughed and hung up. Closest urgent care open Saturday is 186 miles away.

You cannot be sure what hospitals are in network AND most of the doctors that are in network don't utilize hospitals listed as in network with this provider. Sounds like a trap to keep them from paying anything.
