Unfortunately, we haven't had any rain to test my new LeafFilters. Until that time I don't feel I can give an honest answer. But I will say the guys that installed the LeafFilter gutter did a great job. With one exception of the down spout by the side gate. I wish there had been a better way to install it beside blocking the opening of the gate in which the gate is locked so not to break the down spout. I'm still trying to find someone to cut the gate so I can open it when the need arises. In turn, it will be another expense added to the cost of the install of the LeafFilter gutter. But outside that I it's A Ok.

Everything about the company, from start to finish was very professional, They started with explaining their whole system and provided samples of their own product along with others on the market. When the workers came to install my system, they were punctual, and very proficient. When they were finished they cleaned up the entire area. Leaf Filter has been working just as they explained. The winter days are upon us and the winds are blowing the leaves in my yard as well as my neighbors but I have no worries that my gutters will be an issue after installing the LeafFitter system. Leaves and shingle gravel have always dirtied my gutters causing issues with water flow . Got sick and tired of these problems and decided to check out what’s out there for good gutter protection. Googled it and after looking at a few different ones I decided to go with LeafFilter gutter guards. Reason being that they are well made ,fastened to the gutters for a secure fit. Not even shingle gravel gets past it. And they are lifetime warranty and a transferable to the new owners. My gutter problems are no more THANKS TO LeafFilter!!

The technicians were to notch, The new gutters only took about 2 hours and make the house look brand new from the street. I now no longer have the falls of Niagara at my front door. Gutters properly placed and working. Then filter boys came and worked wonders cutting fitting and securing the filters to the gutter system, this took much longer but was more labor intensive. Excellent job and a fantastic product worth the time and money thank you.

I really like the fact that no plants are growing in my eaves. The water is now flowing easily through my eaves and in to the ground where it is supposed to be. The installer was kind and polite and helpful. It would be better if the salesman didn't promise things that the installer couldn't do as he didn't have the tools to do what had been promised. All in all LeafFilter Gutter protection is great!

Gutters clogged up after every rainfall. Tech came out, a terrific Technician, very helpful, friendly, and professional, I wish every tech in business was this good. However, the gutter is clogging up with debris on a regular basis; the last visit from Leaf Filter we removed the sleeves to help move the water through but unfortunately still clogged. To be fair, the Tech advised I needed to have a tree specialist come out and cut back the tops of my trees growing near the gutters. I did this and discovered the trees in question are all fruit trees. You cannot cut a fruit tree in summer that already has signs of fire blight (sp?) because it's an open wound; you cannot cut back fruit trees until cold has set in & there is no danger of spreading this fungus. The current situation is I have to wait till December to have the tree limbs cut back so I am catching the runoff water in a large container before it hits the ground. I am particularly concerned about this issue as I just had the porch area off the front of the house, elevated so water would not flow into the foundation. Needless to say that cost a pretty penny to complete. So I'm at a stale-mate here, I cannot fix the overall problem until December. You may want to advise customers if they have fruit trees near the gutters they will be faced with the same exact problem. This was news to me & I had 4 different trees 'specialists' ( and I use the term loosely), come out to assess this situation and none of them told me about the danger to the trees with fire blight not to mention they all had inflated prices to cut back these fruit trees! The company that advised me about the fungus, etc. is going to charge me HALF of what the others proposed. I was impressed with Leaf Filter after the first problem arose because you sent a Tech out the same day who was very knowledgeable & NOT blowing smoke. My biggest problem is I am 69 years old, a single mother of a mentally disabled son & dare not get the old ladder out to clear these blockages. So if you have some magic elixer for aging abatement that would be fabulous.

What I like the most was how fast the installation was done. After talking to the sales Rep, the installation was done within a couple of days. They had two installers that came out the day of installation and they were done in about 5 hours. Everyone that I had contact with was very professional and knew the product well. Before the install if we had a hard rain the gutters would fill up and overflow. Ever since the install my gutters work as they should. The best part is I will never have to clean my gutters again.

We had LeafFilter installed on our two-story home less than one year ago. It has saved me a lot of time up and down ladders to check gutters, blow out leaves and then rake up what I’d blown onto the lawn. During installation, the installer did a great job correcting a small gutter leak issue, and it’s made a huge difference. The LeafFilter system was well worth the investment.

I’ve only had the gutter system for about two months but so far so good but I really like to see what happens over winter Also it’s pretty pricey… But I guess it was rated number one by Consumer Reports and I was just sick of my gutters having water cascading over them I hope they ask me again in a year how I like the filters it would be a better judgment then… It’s just too new now but… Yeah five star so far

We think the sales reps should spend some time with installers and repair persons to make sure that they understand the product performance strengths and weaknesses. Our first "after installation" service call went well. The service person took the time to clean all our leaf filters all the way around the house. Pollen and tree debris had stopped the flow of water into the gutter after less than two months. The mesh is small and stops up quickly. Larger openings would allow pollen and tree trash to get into the gutter. It appears that both options will require regular maintenance. So far, Leaf Filter has done that job at no additional cost to us. We hope that continues.

Leaf Filter is a fine product with great people both in the field and office. We called them for a repair and they came quickly and fixed the problem. Did not charge because they said they believed it had been an installation error. I think it is commendable for a company to admit that they could have made a mistake. We now have another problem, due to excessive rain and I feel sure they will correct it

We knew the gutters needed to be addressed. They were repeatedly filled with leaves and twigs, water was pouring behind the gutters, and ladder work was realistically in my rearview...the first company required all gutters and spouts be replaced with their 'system'. Sorry, could buy a car (almost) with their quote. Leaf Filter amazingly fixed the water flowing behind the gutters without replacing them. Not cheap but...much more reasonable and no more climbing ladders for me!

I am leaving this review based on my most recent experience with Leaf Filter Gutter Protection, as I’d left one previously to share how quickly and professionally the install was done. This time around I called them because a few of the covers were lifted. The company was very responsive and had a representative come out quickly and make the needed adjustments to resolve the issue. I cannot recall exactly what was told me, but it did not involve the quality of the covers, which is very good and looks very nice. They also continue to work very well!

The gutter system seems to be working well. The micromesh is a benefit to those who have rain barrels keeping debris out of the water collected. The only criticism is the sale- person who asked if we had any discount coupons and we affirmed that we did with both a mailer add and e-mails. The full price was stated to be $15,337 and he wrote up the contract for 12,004 (21.73% discount) without asking for our coupons. When we subsequently presented our coupon for 15% off the entire purchase plus 10% off for seniors and 5% off for the entire install he would not honor them. Given the cost burden we removed carport gutters, downspouts and filters from the contract and paid $9,100.00 for the house and half our garage. The team of workers installing the system told us to contact them directly if we wanted more as it would cost us a lot less to deal directly with them.

Leaf Filter does what it is supposed to do, keep gutter clean. It would have been a 5 star rating except the appearance factor. Where each panel comes together it is lifted upward raising shingles. One tech came out to fix this issue which he did somewhat but it has since lifted again. Said the gutter hangers were not positioned properly. They are nowhere close to the joints to cause the problem. My garage roof on backside of house runs down to about 6 1/2 ft. high. I see this everytime I step out of the house on the deck. The rest of the house roof is high enough you don't see this unless your looking for it as you back away from house. I would say 35 to 40 percent of panels are buckled. I think for price you pay it should look like what is advertised. So I'll come up with a splice to improve the apperance factor.

Did a great job this fall keeping all the large and small leaves out of our gutters. It was great not having to unclog our French drains over and over. We did have a small issue with the installation on our back gutters that caused rain to come down against the house but we called for a service appointment and they came out and fixed it easily in less than 15 minutes. Very pleased with the product after this first year of seeing it work!

The salesman that came out and explained the system did an excellent job. Installation was soon after on a snowy day. Found many nails in front yard and driveway. Gutters still leaked. On the 4th try, the crew that came out fixed everything. No more leaks. We had a hard rain a week or so ago. A nail popped out and got in my tire. Brand new car/tire haven't made a payment yet. Waiting to see what happens.

When I saw a section was loose, I called and the repair was done in just a couple of days. However I received a call later that the man who did the repair noticed that the original installation was sloppy and didn’t meet company standards and that a technician would come and make it right. He came and worked diligently for hours, making every corner fit correctly. While I am disappointed that the original installation was done so poorly, I am pleased that the company made sure it was made right. Now we just need some rain!

I have been so pleased with my gutters. They were installed right before the leaves started falling. There hasn’t been one leaf stuck in my new gutters. The sales representative that initially came out to give us a quote was very knowledgeable about the product and the young man that installed them did a wonderful job & didn’t leave a mess in my yard. I had leaffilter gutter installed last two years the Salesman was professional and very informative about the install, the fantastic life time warranty and was able to demonstrate the product so I fully understood why these were the best gutter company so far. I was told that debris would dry out and fly away and I don’t need gutter cleaning anymore. Debris has built up and not left. Two gutter cleaning companies have told me regardless of leaf filter you still need two annual cleanings. Very disappointing.
