We had a poor experinece with installation and are still waiting for there to be corrections made. The installers were in a huge rush to get the job done, even working into the dark. I should have put a stop to it and not paid until all was correct.

Multiple calls for service. Someone set appt to look at issue. Waited all day, no one came. Service department said someone came out 3 days earlier than expected when no one was home. No report....no call to cancel scheduled appt. Calls 3 times since and was told I would be contacted. Never happened.

LeafFilter seems to working well. I did climb a ladder today to have a look. It looks like the poplar tree fuzz is pretty clingy to the mesh. I will check later in summer and see if the poplar tree fuzz is still an issue. Other than that, the gutters are free of obstructions and not holding unnecessary water weight.

The pin oak tree in front yard drops many fuzzy seedlings in the spring. They are sticking to the LeafFilter screen which hinders water flow. Hoping it will get better when it dries up & they blow away. Otherwise they work just great.

What I don't like about it is the microfilter mesh is so small that this Spring the mesh was clogged up with pollen and other stuff from trees, rendering the gutters useless as the rain just rollwed over the mesh/gutters and into the yard. I had to clean the mesh screen to make them work. Pretty much defeats the purpose of gutter guards.

While the price was a bit high, the gutters have performed as promised. There is no backup in the heaviest of thunder showers, they seem quieter than my old gutter system alone and show no sign of wear or grit buildup.

The main concern for me is the sudden interest the FL red-headed woodpeckers have taken in testing the rebound capabilities of our (& other's) gutters ... Thinking of 3 stars out of five and the following verbiage: On the day of, immediately after installation on Dec. 2nd, I noticed several screws and debris around the house on the driveway, patio, shrub area, and walk path. A little messier of a job than expected. However, James responded immediately to address the situation, gathering the screws and cleaning up debris. Since the installation, leaves gathered on the roof resulting in overflowing at least one downspout and roof corners. Jame has opened a ticket on our behalf. However, with the off and on rains, it seems to be taking a while to get assigned. Today, I called the support center, myself, as a follow-up since it has been a week and a half and no date has been provided. James has provided us a date. He has been very helpful.

From estimate to completion was less than a week. Nice people, good job.. only complaint would be the clean up... found lil sharp pieces of the metal wherever they had to cut it. Not a big deal, but I have 3 dogs. Could have been dangerous.

The installation process went very well. The product seems good but the final verdict remains to be cast with potential frequent rains so it's too early to judge. When the estimate was made of our gutter project I was told that the old gutters would be removed from the site, (A service that is built into the bid,) However, when I asked the installerif my old aluminum gutters were going to be recycled, he sheepishly replied that they would not be recycled. So I kept the pile and brought them to an aluminum recycling center. This seems an easy fix for LeafFilter to take the extra step and make sure that a resource like aluminum is not landfilled.

This is a new installment so I don’t know how well the gutter protection works. I did request an inspection and was given an 800 number to call. The inspector came out and found the problem and fixed it on my garage but “eye-balled” my house roof and said everything looks good. He did not get on either the garage roof or the house roof to inspect so we will see …..

The sales rep, Jessica, was outstanding! She answered all of our questions and was very knowledgable about the product. I give her 5 Stars!! The installers showed up early and finished in about 2 hours. I have had a few leaks already but I've contacted the service team and they're coming out in 2 weeks to fix them. I also haven't received my warranty through email yet even though I registered on the website the following day. I'm reserving the 5 star rating until after repairs are made and I receive my warranty, but so far so good!

We have a steel roof, after this weekends wet snow storm I noticed it is taking longer for the snow to melt and flow into the eaves. Will wait and see if this is a problem when it is colder. I left a review after our install and stand by it, it was great.
