I wanted to find out more about leaf filter after seeing the ads on TV. I didn't want my husband to climb ladders anymore and yet there were weeds growing up out of the gutters. I received a phone call right away for an appointment right away with the sales rep. He explained everything and with his enthusiasm and great presentation I knew this was something that made sense for us to do. The installation went smoothly and now we have peace of mind!

The salesperson was very thorough when explaining the product and installation as well as the lifetime warranty for us and to anyone we sell the home to in the future. The installers arrived right on time and got straight to work. They were fast and completed the job in sort order - couldn't have been happier. We have had some really bad storms in Moab lately, including raging rain and hail that took out a lot of roofs and siding in town. Our gutters didn't even leak - before we had serious leaking onto our front porch with lesser rain storms....this time not even a drop come out of the gutters onto the porch. Couldn't be happier - would seriously recommend this company to anyone looking to protect their home from leaky gutters.

Our experience with Leaf Filter was very smooth and professional. Their salesperson reached out within hours of our inquiry and met with us later that week. They were very informative and were able to schedule our install for the very next week. The installer team worked HARD to get the whole house done in a day and did a very nice job of cleaning up after themselves. They were correct in doing what they said they would. Weren't pushy or aggressive in selling the product. Actually went on the roof and showed us the problem with the gutter and why it was leaking during heavy rain. Allowed us to only do the two sides of the house and not all gutters. Thinking of having them eventually finish the other side of the house not done. They came in very next day to do the work and the workers cleaned up all the debris upon leaving the proj ect.

This has to be the most amazing gutter protection I have ever seen! It was quickly installed, and on our first rain I could not believe how my gutters finally are handling all the water that they should be. Downspouts were gushing the water out and away from the house finally like they should be. On our second rain I checked all my downspouts again and everything still working great! Finally, no buildup of leaves or limbs just water flowing freely and the best part. I don’t have to clean my gutters anymore!

I made an appointment with the LeafFilter folks. A gentleman came over and explained all the ins and out of the Filters. I have a new construction and thought it best to get a head start on keeping the gutters clean. AND I was given a Veterans discount as I am a retired Navy vet. I love my LeafFilter and the folks who work for them. In the Navy the highest marks one can get is 4.0. Well, I give the LeafFilter folks 5.0.

The whole process with the LeafFilter people locally went very smoothly and in a professional manner. I especially commend the installers who were very efficient and did a great job. The only issue that I have is with the corporation. The service tech gave me a card that has instructions about registering the warranty. I went online the next morning and registered. A copy of the warranty was to be sent to me, but to date I have not received anything.

I just had a chance to check how the gutters and gutter guards are behaving — having had a lot of rain, and being in a yard with a lot of oak trees. The front gutter guards look great. On the back, however, a fair amount of the debris/pollen solidified into almost a cement that I could not sweep off with a broom nor scrape off with my fingers. I had to schedule another trip onto the roof with a hose set at a hard flow, to get it off. Is this normal? I've never had this issue before, and never had clogged gutters. But it seems it's the price I'll have to pay each spring after the pollen is done falling.

I have no doubt the initial contact which was made is what sold me on Leaf Filter. Being over eighty years old naturally led me to find other solutions for addressing the issues with my gutters. The first was with the sales representative who was thorough and knowledgeable about the product and understood that living on a fixed income he was met with an issue he worked hard to address. Although I wanted the issue resolved, he never pushed for a sale but walked me through the entire process with understanding and kindness. Surprisingly from start to finish the installment was made by another sincere and credible young man who completed in a few hours what normally would take a fear of ever falling again or searching for someone to clean the gutters for me over my added years. My neighbors immediately contacted Leaf Filter to be installed for their home.

I have owned my house for many years. The basic house was built in 1924 as a 3 story farmhouse. Over the years the gutters have be replaced or remover. The height being over 30 ft has always been difficult to clean the upper gutters and even the lower gutters would clog and stay that way till the weather or an opportunity comes to clean them. Water in the basement has also been a problem. I chose LeafFilter due to the design they use in their product and had them replace all the gutters & downspouts which they did and accomplished it in one day .......they were professional and did a Great job! In fact they solved a downspout location problem in a terrific way! Also as a side note a LeafFilter person came to the house during the installation to assess the work. As a result of the work I recommended to my daughter get her gutters replaced which she did.

During the last few rains they seem to work really well. They are on my barn with sidewall heights of 14 ft so I have yet to climb up and look for debris. Drains to downspouts perfectly as far as I can tell from the ground.

Sales rep explained the product and how it would be installed. He had samples of the material and demonstrated how it works. A price was provided and agreed on before he left. The installer was on time, did the install and cleaned up the area after completion. You pay only after all work is completed.

They were professional and kind. One of the guys took the time to gently take down a birds nest, there was one hatched and eggs still in the nest. Momma bird was watching. The guy put the nest in a safe place where the momma could see her babies. He then fiinshed the job and returned the nest to its previous place. The momma returned to her babies. I thanked him for his kindness.

The salesman was very knowledgeable and answered my questions as to “why is this system better than the one I had which failed.” The man who installed the gutters, cleaned out the gutters, put new brackets in to support the new gutter stem, took pics so I could see how bad it was and what he had done, cleaned up everything after he was done, and it was done in less than 5 hours and my house is a 2-story. I had the leaf filter system installed on my house 2 yrs ago. Everything was installed in a professional manner. The diverter pieces were installed at the appropriate places however the crew did not paint them to match the gutters as they said they would. So now I have tan gutters and white diverter pieces here and there. Also one section of gutter was cleaned and moved slightly and the seams now leak. Told them about this and it never got repaired. I had the system installed at my Mom’s house and everything went well and the diverters were painted to match the gutters. Clean up on both houses was properly done. I would say this is a good product (a little expensive) but don’t pay your bill until all the issues are taken care of

I like the fact we will not have to have our eavestroughs ever cleaned again, however, I was a little surprised at how pricy the system is. Unfortunately, we had a snow storm right after the system was installed and the melt went over the top of the eavestroughs. It will be interesting to see what happens next spring. The spring rains have been fine, though, and with all the fuzz, etc, in the air I'm glad we don't have to worry about our eavestroughs being plugged.

Recently moving to the area, I took note of all the trees surrounding our property and the neighborhood. Had to replace our gutter guard system because it was one of those systems that has a gap in it. You see many versions of it at home and garden shows and they (the people selling them) absolutely claim they work great. Well, we live in an area with trees all around us and the leaves DO get in there and really don’t work well at all, at least in the long run. LeafFilter makes leaf and debris infiltration impossible. The crew came out, removed the old system, and installed new gutters and the LeafFilter guard system in one day. They were great. Everything looked really nice. On the first rain, I noticed a leak on one of the corners, called customer service number and they came our and repaired that leak, which just required some silicone in an area the techs had missed. Customer service so far has been as good as their advertisements say they are. Quite happy and we shouldn’t have to worry about this again, which is priceless.

Site review was thorough and provided a basis for discussion of specific problems that needed remediation. Leaf Filter was installed a couple of months ago and since then we have had significant rain and a snowstorm that left 8” of the white stuff. Both provided a good evaluation of Leaf Filter efficiency as the storms brought ample leaves from the many trees that border the lot. The overflow of rainwater that was a big problem is gone. It is a good thing not to worry about the potential for foundation and other problems from overflowing gutters. Thank you Leaf Filter for my new peace of mind when dark gray clouds gather overhead.
