Workers left screws everywhere.Lucky we did not get a flat tire.We had an issue with our electrical system after they plugged in to the garage outlet.When I tried to ask about this I was treated like they didn’t want to be bothered.The product itself is great!

The product filters out all debris. I have things smaller than a leaf falling out of trees that previous gutter guards bought from a big box store did not keep out of the gutters and making their way into down spouts and plugging them.

The quality is very good. This is the second house in which I have installed these gutter covers. Both salespersons were excellent and knew their stuff. Have an idea about how much you want to pay and they will work with you. On both occasions, they discounted from their initial quote to a number more acceptable to me. Installation was quick and they didn't leave any trace.

The product and installation may seem expensive, but compare that to the cost of a visit to the emergency room or a stay in the hospital if you fall off a ladder while cleaning out your gutters. With that being said the installation and product is fantastic. The young man who installed the Leaf Filters was very knowledgeable and friendly.

The work was done quickly, cheaply, and adequately. However, they made a mess of my back yard —there’s a huge patch where they killed the grass in my back yard, they left an inch-thick pile of sludge all over my glass-top patio table, and I have found over 20 brackets, wood screws, and shards of metal all around my yard, one of which cut my dog's foot. I wish they had taken a little bit of time to clean up properly. Oh, and they wrote down my credit card number wrong and tried to blame me for it, even though I called to tell them about the error. They threatened me over the phone while I was trying to give them the corrected information! We took advantage of desperation pricing over the winter, but I’m not sure it was entirely worth it.

The installation went well my the overall look is great. Only complaint is that I reached out to my sales person to provide me with a typed work order because I could not read the original contract. He told me sure no problem , unfortunately he did not follow up with his promise to provide me with the revised copy after a few phone calls and text messages he promised me he would and eventually he blew me off and never did anything.

Very prompt service and installation went very well. I had a 12pm to 4pm window for installation and they arrived at 11:50 am. My only concern is how expensive the gutters were. Time will tell if the product holds up well and how well customer service will be IF I ever need it.

I very much liked my conversations with customer service reps regarding concerns about the contact then later about rain coming down around a downspout. Turns out the downspout was clogged which the installers had clearly missed! I'm concerned other downspouts may have been missed as well so I will have to check for that next rain. Installers should not only clean gutters but downspouts too. The lifetime warranty gives me confidence any issue will be addressed as this one was so I am still recommending your company to friends and neighbors. Please don't let me down. Thank you

The gutters flow freely every time it rains, even during maple key season; however, the corners are dripping because I had not realized that they needed to be sealed when the installer was here (we moved in late last summer and have spent a lot of time downsizing and reorganizing, so I missed noticing this problem).

The guards fit right over your existing gutters and look good on the gutters. The work to install is an all day process for an average home but the workman I had took his time and did a great install I would do it again but would negotiate for a better price they are a little expensive

They do the job of removing water and keeping out debris. However the installation wasn't great. Don't understand why the downspouts go into a fitting that is too large, does not fit the downspout. and some are white and some are black. they look awful. Also the downspout on the front barn is not vertically straight.

They were very prompt in scheduling and conducting the installation. However, 1. I had to ask the installer to add additional screws to the screen to get rid of humps in the screen runs to make them flat. 2. Unless I misunderstood the salesman, I thought the screen system enclosed the ends of the gutters to prevent "critters" from getting inside the gutters. Mine are open. 3. I had to ask the installer to flatten some of the shingles after the install.

Seems like a quality product, however we haven't had fall yet so it remains to be seen how leaves "slide/fall" off the top of leaf filter. Also, I was given a warranty certificate and told to go to their website to "register" my warranty but there is no place on the website to "register" my warranty. Overall leaf Filter seems ;ole a quality product. Their sales rep was very informed and the installation crew did an great job. However, the product seems way over priced for what it is.

The screen cover looks good but the first time it rained the water just ran off the edge of the drain, it didn't go through the screen. After about five minutes the water finally went through. Maybe small particles of dirt or dust need to be washed off by the rain first. We really haven't had them long enough to make a fair judgement. We will see what happend's after all this snow.

It's worth noting that while they sell you on avoiding ice dams, the warranty specifically excludes those. I've seen considerable icicles on my gutters, so I'm not convinced these guards do much to prevent ice dams. My other issue was with pricing and scheduling. They first quote a crazy high price and then slowly reduce it-in my case it came down by over 70% ($17k to $4.6k) but only if I signed immediately. Then I was told to be home the very next day for the installation. So I stayed home from work but they never came or called. When I called at the end of the day they said they'd be out the next morning. So I stayed home again but again no one showed. Finally on the third try they showed and got the install done that day.
