The gentleman did a good job and was very courteous. The only thing that I want to caution you on is to warn the guys that are coming out to install the leaf finder is to use a ladder all the way not slide across the shingles as I had some of the substance which is on the shingles wiped off due to sliding along the roof which does not help prolong the life of the shingle. Otherwise the gentleman did an excellent job.

We noticed that our gutters were pulling away from the house. Each year we have to clean out all of the leaves as well as shingle grit and it was becoming harder to do each year. We knew we needed someone to reattach the gutter, and decided to check into a leaf filter protection system at the same time. After researching, I called in LeafFilter and they sent a representative out right away. He reviewed our situation, and demonstrated the LeafFilter system. While the quote was pricey due to our house having gutters on all sides, he was able to give us a military and senior discount as well as a 20% coupon discount, which we appreciated. The next day a two man crew showed up, repaired the facia boards pulled away from the house by the old gutters, removed the rest of the old gutters and replaced them with the new LeafFilter gutters and system, as well as installing an extra downspout. The workers were professional, conscientious, friendly and efficient. They cleaned up everything and we were left with a house fully equipped for the next storms. We have had several rain storms since then and all of the leaves are now falling. I can hear the water rushing through the gutters and down the downspouts and the gutters are clear of leaves and shingle grit. We LOVE our new gutters - probably not something you hear said often, but it is definitely the truth. They look good and they perform great. The 50 year guarantee leaves us feeling reassured that we are not going to have to worry about our gutters ever again.

This is my third year with Leaf filter gutter protectors, and I have only been on my roof once since having them installed. That was to inspect them after a full season of use. They worked perfectly so I don't even feel the need to go on the roof for future inspections. The only issue I have had was due to storm damage. The technician that came to do the repairs charged a minimal fee and checked the condition of all of the panels on my house. I researched other gutterguard companies before this purchase, and I know I made the right choice. This product is everything it promises to be. I highly recommend.

Super-excellent!! Folks, you can find less costly gutters, but you’ll not find a company that will support their product like LeafFiliter does! If you are wanting/needing a gutter system, AND you no longer want to get on your roof or climb up to the gutters to clean them out, then stop looking—LeafFilter is here! I called LeafFiliter Customer Service to request a cleaning several times and in a day if not the same day I’m getting a call to schedule a convenient time for the service person to come. Once the screens were clogged so badly with whatever that mess is that falls off trees and they replaced the screens on my gutters at no charge! Another time the pollen-tassels had clogged the screens, but the man cleaned them out of the screens and the gutters were working—again, no charge! Stop waffling and get LeafFiliter! I do not regret having done so! Age 67 and don’t NEED to be up on the roof!!

Quality of gutters, and your salesmen and the 2 men who installed the gutters! Your Salesman was very polite, very helpful. He answered all my questions, never tried to pressure, and did not try to sell me what I didn't need. The men who came to install the gutters, were super!! They arrived when they said they would, showed and explained their work order, answered all my questions. They went right to work, and even cleaned up after! Not one nail or mess did they leave! Thank You!! One more plus for me was: No More Water in my cellar!!! I did not realize the gutters would stop the water problem. Thank You!!

Installer was prompt, clean, and courteous, answering all our questions pre-installation. We personally don't have trees on our property, but we were concerned about leaf blockage from the neighbours' trees. It was comforting to spend the fall not worrying about maintenance issues that were not able to manage. When we required a service call for a leaking eaves-trough, the customer service installer was on time, quick, and had the problem fixed promptly. Not even worried about any future problems with their attentiveness. Already have a neighbour interested in our installation, and would highly recommend this company to anyone who asks.

I had issues with the initial installation, less than professional. I contacted the local office and relayed the problem. I was told that I could expect a call later that day or the next. The next morning a representative called, said he was almost here. He looked at the installation issues. After conferring with his supervisor, he said that a crew wold be out to fix all of my issues. Skeptical, but the next morning a crew was here and went above and beyond. They adjusted eaves where needed, added more support brackets and replaced numerous covers. Very professional, friendly and concerned that I was satisfied with the finished job. Now, I'm happy with this excellent product. Thanks for the speedy response!!

The estimated configuration that would work for the weavers’ shed ..does not work. There is a 4” wide spout of water that pours from the “closed” capped end whenever it rains. It filled a rain bucket that overflows and compromises the building foundation. It appears that there should be a down spout or prefiguring of the gutter angle .
