After a snowstorm left a considerable amount of on the roof, the snow melted off the gutter and some water drained into the gutter like it should have. Some water drained off the top of the gutter shield and was falling onto the deck. I did not feel that was supposed to do.

Only reason I gave 2 stars is because of Billy H. Billy was the salesman. After a week of gutters being installed they leaked called Billy he gave me the number of Josh the service manager no response, so I called Billy back he got right on it scheduled a call with the hot line, she also was very polite, amazingly Josh decided to call after they set a appointment. Josh sent a tech and he put a quick easy fix that did not work. Called Josh AGAIN no answer 2 weeks now. Called Billy he gave me the number of the hot line called once not sure why no answer will try again. Unless they do right by the warranty I feel like I got screwed. Alot of money

The installment was efficient but on the TV advertisement the promoter said installers will inspect, level and adjust gutters with the installation. The tech was working solo and trying to finish quicky as it started raining. This week I was on my deck at the back of the house watching a water drizzling from the middle section of my gutter. It may need adjusted with a level. Overall, the system is great!

While they work great letting water in and keeping debris OUT of the gutters, they do not keep debris OFF the gutter which means where the small debris collects on top of the mesh, water does not go INTO the gutter but rather OVER the gutter. So while the claim of never having to clean out the gutters may hold true, I still have to climb a ladder to blow off or hose off the gutter mesh cover anyway

So far we’ve had him since December 2023 we have large maple trees that leaves thousands of what we call helicopters, They will accumulate on the leaf filter, eventually will be washed and blown off.

I am happy with it. The price is high for people on SSDI ,SSi and people on fixed income. I whish the company the had financial help their rate is high. It going to cost me about $4,000.00 + by when I pay off. Otherwise great.

I feel they weren’t thorough in explaining the whole system & what were some of the drawbacks. They raved about the good features. However they sure didn’t explain that you still have to clean your gutter guards from debris. I was told I would never have to go on a ladder to clean them. That isn’t the case. I have to clean off the tops of the guards. Other wise debris clogs up the screens of the gutter guards. My front porch has water streaming down from the gutter during a thunderstorm.

Very prompt service and installation went very well. I had a 12pm to 4pm window for installation and they arrived at 11:50 am. My only concern is how expensive the gutters were. Time will tell if the product holds up well and how well customer service will be IF I ever need it.

I made an appointment with the LeafFilter folks. A gentleman came over and explained all the ins and out of the Filters. I have a new construction and thought it best to get a head start on keeping the gutters clean. AND I was given a Veterans discount as I am a retired Navy vet. I love my LeafFilter and the folks who work for them. In the Navy the highest marks one can get is 4.0. Well, I give the LeafFilter folks 5.0.

This company rocks! My place was scheduled for them to start early during the day (but after I had left for a very early appointment), but I would return about midpoint to check in with them. The day before the install was to be done there was no indication that we were going to be hit with a lot of rain. By the time I had gotten back midmorning, it had rained hard, but the job was complete, the grounds were spotless, and they left me a package wrapped in plastic that contained everything I needed concerning the job, contacting them for followup, and warranty and how to transfer the warranty should I sell in the future. Everyone I had contact with at their company was friendly, professional and courtous. At first when they gave me a quote, I thought wow, this seems expensive; but it didn't take me long to recognize just how much scientific engineering went into their product and that their entire product was made in the US. To me, I got the best of the best, which included a lifetime warranty without any future costs or restrictions which would invalidate my coverage. I couldn't be more satisfied in choosing them and their product! If I had the ability to rate them 10 stars I would have!

Leaf Filter is a very good company to work with. I filled out the on line inquiry and got a call immediately to schedule a time for an estimate. We signed the contract during the estimate and the work was done the next day. There was one corner of the house that continued to leak and the came back twice to fix it. My initial concern does seem to be resolving itself as I was hoping. With the combination of more rain and more wind and sunshine the initial leaf accumulation is gradually decreasing. It appears it’s going to be a recurring situation that will continue throughout fall as the leaves fall for awhile until they finish their annual cycle. I was reluctant to make my first call, but the lady was very helpful in being understanding with a first time customer. She was great

The Installation Crew arrived right on time and got right to work. They took down the old 5" gutters and put up the new 6" gutters with the lraf Filter feature. They were here all day and did a great job and cleaned up all the debris from their work. We had rain last week and the gutters performed very well and much better than the old ones. I would like a copy of the transformable lifetime warrenty that I have not received yet. I had to call to get the wqarranty entered because I was unable to do it myself online.

hey, my name's Tom Butcher, I'm from uh sandy Oregon and I found lee filter uh in a newspaper ad. Um the sales uh lady came out and was uh very, very courteous, uh talked to me through and explained to me what the product was all about. Um helped me uh get a a great deal um uh no interest uh for a certain period of time and and lowered the cost um because of my financial situation. Um And uh then the uh procedure, the installation was scheduled. Um the tech came out and uh the weather was miserable uh as it is this time of the year up here. And uh he, I told him, I said, well we can do this another day. And he said no he said, I'm here, I'm gonna get it done and it was just pouring rain. Uh I felt so sorry for the guy, but he did it, he got it completed and uh very professional, very courteous. Um afterwards, uh you know, as as people get, don't know, a product real well, there's some skepticism involved and uh it's been raining uh almost continuously now since uh my product has been installed and uh it is exactly what was promised. There are no leaves, no debris in the gutters. Um It's a wonderful product and I would recommend it to anybody,

Hello, my name is uh Alex flowers. Uh I am from Birmingham where I live in uh Birmingham Alabama. And I was introduced with uh to lee filter uh actually referred by my mother uh and she told me about the great service that they would provide and how they can have my gutters prepare it. They were just a mess, it was an absolute mess. So uh I had a wonderful time. I uh gave them a call and Richard came out the uh the very same day And well actually he called me back and he came out the very next day. Excuse me. And he came in. He just did a wonderful job. Uh He went around my house, gave a uh a write up of everything uh how much it would cost uh when we can have the installation done. And the rates were really good and it was just everything was fantastic. Richard was wonderful. He provided excellent customer service. Uh and he gave me a very good rate, very good, very good price. Uh They came out, the installation went smoothly. Uh the installers work really fast. I didn't even know they were finished. They moved that fast, so I was very pleased at the end of the day.

I gave it a 5 but it hasn't rained in Southern Alberta for months so really I shouldn't rate it at all. The workmanship looks good. I'm disappointed in the salesman because we got a friend to have it installed. He was supposed to give us $100. We even called him to remind him that we hadn't received our money. He said he was coming to Lethbridge in about a week and would pay us. We haven't heard from him since.

We just went through a bit of a cold snap here in Texas. Lots of rain, sleet, and ice. My new gutters worked perfectly. I am so happy that I chose LeafFilter gutters for my house. The downspouts are lightweight and one at the front of my house was dented during my move in. Need to see about getting that fixed. These gutters are a bit pricey but are so well worth it!

All the people were friendly and helpful. The product was installed the day after I signed the contract. The only reason they didn't get an excellent for customer service was because they made a quarter-sized hole in my screen and I was told to take pictures and submit it to the company. For the price, I would have expected an offer to submit it for me. Addendum: I was contacted by Robert D from LeaffFlter after my review was posted and within hours it was arranged that they would reimburse me for having the screen repaired. It doesn't get much better than that!
