I like that they talk to the creditors. I wish that National Debt would reach out to the creditors instead of waiting for the creditors to threaten legal action. I understand it puts National Debt in a better bargaining position but it's very stressful for me.

I just don’t like the way the deposit system is set up there should be a way to deposit freely and not have to wait on the deposit dates. Also they try to take out before there any money in the account is why I don’t like it and then it puts me behind on deposits

The fees they charge seem a little high, for the debts that they settle, but it's all built in to the payments so you don't realize your paying them... so I guess it's not so bad since you'd be paying all the extra anyway if you didn't settle the debt.

I have had a good experience with them so far. I still have a few more creditors to go through. I wish they would let me know through email how everything is going monthly. I went four and a half months without knowing what was going on, which was a little scary. Don't have much time to call in, but a monthly email to check-in would be great.

I was told it could take up to 4 months after enrollment before I would receive a settlement offer, but they managed to do it in less than a month. My only regret is not contacting them sooner! Thank you!!!

So far I like the service, the only part I don't like is that ur credit score goes very low and I actually lost my credit with bestbuy because of my score going below 500 which I didn't know. I don't like the annoying calls from creditors either. I would recommend it.

The only dislike I have is that my credit rating really took a dive and it has never been so poor. I guess that's my fault and I've learned that credit cards are not a good thing!

Hi ,it's been about 5 months and one creditor has been settled so far, this was less than a week ago and it is one of the largest as well. I know this process takes time ,but it's a bit daunting because my credit scores has always been good, so now of course it's low now, but it's still early...the customer service has been wonderful so far too.
