Easy sign up and great pep talk, then 4 months of crickets. I received a collection letter and emailed NDR and uploaded the document. I thought I was supposed to receive a reply within 48 hours but still haven't received a response. Obviously I was excited about hearing that one of my debts was settled but I still have a terrible feeling in my stomach.

So far so good they’re supremely helpful with all information and assistance . They make you aware of EVERYTHING you are getting into - there are no surprises . My only gripe is I’d like to see them make deals faster with the bigger debts to move things along maybe a bit quicker.

T thought the amount taken out of my check each month went tiward my resolution payment. I didn't realize more money would be taken out in addition to monthly payment. Im on a fixed income and i don't have any extra money at all that can go toward resolution. I was going to have to pay 190.00$$ in addition to the 250.00 monthly payment..This is impossible. If i had that kind of money i wouldn't have had to use debt resolution ..thank you Clois Williams
