I have had a good experience with them so far. I still have a few more creditors to go through. I wish they would let me know through email how everything is going monthly. I went four and a half months without knowing what was going on, which was a little scary. Don't have much time to call in, but a monthly email to check-in would be great.

The only thing I would like to be different is my creditors would be notified sooner. This would decrease my stress from all the calls, texts, registered letters. I think it help all concerned. Other than that I would recommend NDR to others. Thanks for your help. S.M.

I was told it could take up to 4 months after enrollment before I would receive a settlement offer, but they managed to do it in less than a month. My only regret is not contacting them sooner! Thank you!!!

So far I like the service, the only part I don't like is that ur credit score goes very low and I actually lost my credit with bestbuy because of my score going below 500 which I didn't know. I don't like the annoying calls from creditors either. I would recommend it.

I am very impressed how National Debt Relief was able to settle my debts with a huge savings for me. I am so pleased with how much they saved me. The only dislike I have is that my credit rating really took a dive and it has never been so poor. I guess that's my fault and I've learned that credit cards are not a good thing!

Hi ,it's been about 5 months and one creditor has been settled so far, this was less than a week ago and it is one of the largest as well. I know this process takes time ,but it's a bit daunting because my credit scores has always been good, so now of course it's low now, but it's still early...the customer service has been wonderful so far too.
