Yes I'm getting my debt paid off. However, this company charges A LOT to make the settlements and I did not expect to pay over $20K for have everything settled. They do not tell you about these fees. I'm not happy about that. Also, after a certain point they pawn you off to another loan company which charges another 20+% in interest fees so really you'd be better to just try to settle this stuff yourself.

I just enrolled in this program and all I'm getting is thousands of calls for my credit card companies so I'm not sure what the hell I did to myself by doing this I had a perfect payment schedule for over two and a half years and now I'm missing payments left and right. And I was told that it was going to be 25 months of payments and when I called in last time they said 38 months of payments how did this help me whatsoever I'm curious as to what your excuses are

Some confusion about getting emails that don't do anything. Was not indicated that I needed to call but that seemed to be the case. Was taken care of ok by the person who answered the phone when I did call. Old lady. Need a little more feeling of care and a willingness and ability to slow down. Use a line for seniors at my grocery company. That has been very useful. I am having to ask the NDR folks to repeat themselves many times. My aging brain just doesn't quite keep up.

I dislike how high NDR fees are. These high fees are usually higher than the settlement monthly fee which causes you take longer to pay off the debt or not able to agree to a settlement due no having enough saved in your account due to high fees.
