Don’t like that I setup a plan for 3 years at a certain amount I could afford but I keep getting emails and messages to say I need to approve agreements that are negotiated but yet want me to pay more upfront . I don’t like this and wasn’t aware this would happen

Some confusion about getting emails that don't do anything. Was not indicated that I needed to call but that seemed to be the case. Was taken care of ok by the person who answered the phone when I did call. Old lady. Need a little more feeling of care and a willingness and ability to slow down. Use a line for seniors at my grocery company. That has been very useful. I am having to ask the NDR folks to repeat themselves many times. My aging brain just doesn't quite keep up.

I dislike how high NDR fees are. These high fees are usually higher than the settlement monthly fee which causes you take longer to pay off the debt or not able to agree to a settlement due no having enough saved in your account due to high fees.

I like that they talk to the creditors. I wish that National Debt would reach out to the creditors instead of waiting for the creditors to threaten legal action. I understand it puts National Debt in a better bargaining position but it's very stressful for me.
