They work to help you get all your debt paid off . They strike up deals with the companies to get what you have to okay lower which is awesome. Then you give them a payment on a schedule and they divvy it out where it needs to go when. It's kind of like a savings then they pay out the companies. If you close your account without finishing they'll give you any money that you have sitting back. The customer service is really great and helpful. They are totally understanding if you accidentally miss a payment or something they help you get back on track.

If I would have known my credit score was going to tank the way it has now, as well as ruining my reputation of paying my bills, I would have NEVER done the program. I will be spending years trying to get my credit score back up to the 790-800 range it was before I started the program.

they sqrewed me and my credit ..i agreed on a debt and they pulled out and put it in collection the only way i found out was my credit dropped 91 points in one day. i guess no one lets you know when a crediter backs out of a a agreement

Remember that your monthly deposits are how we eventually repay your creditors when we speak to them and reach agreements. We rely on these funds so we can only move as quickly as you save money. The fastest way to potentially accelerate the program is to make additional deposits if possible. If this can't be done, not to worry.
