The last conversation we had said they're is a possible agreement on a reduced settlement with Achieve. We have not heard anything since and that has been 2 or3 weeks ago. Our rating is based on lack of communication with us as to any progress that is going on.

they sqrewed me and my credit ..i agreed on a debt and they pulled out and put it in collection the only way i found out was my credit dropped 91 points in one day. i guess no one lets you know when a crediter backs out of a a agreement

I called NDR to inquire about a settlement that was reached. I only received a text message and email about the settlement. However, when I reviewed the dashboard, I had some questions about the lump sum fee. Unfortunately, the initial representative that I spoke with named Letitia was very rude and condescending. At this time, it was 2:14PM EST. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, she put me on hold for 15 minutes and then came back and stated the supervisor was on lunch and would return at 4PM. I then asked if the supervisor had a 2-hour break. Letitia continued with the condescending tone and advised that I had the incorrect time and that she was in EST. She then informed me that she is in DR "The Dominican Republic" and proceeded to suck her teeth and give attitude. At this point, I told her that she was not in EST and that I am in Florida on EST. I discontinued the call requesting the supervisor. At 4:38PM EST when I did not get a call as promised, I called back. Spoke to a wonderful young lady named Taylor that was able to answer my question. Taylor then put in a request for me to speak with a supervisor, as I had a follow up question. Unfortunately, a woman named Elizabeth called me 2 days later and tried to answer something she could not answer and proceeded to keep me on hold. To date, I am still waiting for a Supervisor to call me. With this current state, I would not recommend NDR to anyone else. While they do review the terms, they dropped the ball with this situation.

So Far one of my credit cards has settled for a third of my account balance. But on another account I have they only offered no fees and my account balance was $589 when I started but they wanted me to settle for $606. So I denied that settlement.

The company does a good job of settling accounts then they actually settle them. They will go at there pace not as requested even though your paying for the service. I requested to have a certain account settled first they said no we have a process now the last account which I wanted settled first is still not been settled if they would have done it first perhaps I would be done with the program by now and when I asked for a break I fees for taking so long and not going in the order I wanted they again said no. Lots of no’s when I’m the one paying.
