T thought the amount taken out of my check each month went tiward my resolution payment. I didn't realize more money would be taken out in addition to monthly payment. Im on a fixed income and i don't have any extra money at all that can go toward resolution. I was going to have to pay 190.00$$ in addition to the 250.00 monthly payment..This is impossible. If i had that kind of money i wouldn't have had to use debt resolution ..thank you Clois Williams

What I like about National debt is that when you speak with someone, they are very friendly and very helpful. What I dislike about National Debt is you have a long wait before you can speak with a person. What I mean by a long wait is anywhere from 15-25 minutes.

This is not necessarily information related to my creditor but is about changes in my personal and financial situation. On a few occasions, I have had to provide the same information more than once.

I like that they have negoiated to get my credit cards settled because the interest would have been outragious and I would still be paying them but the fees I think are a little high but I appreciate all you have done and now hopefully the last card will be paid off this month .
