I had resevations about this program at first (i.e. being told to stop paying creditors, your credit rating will tank,you may be threatened with law suites etc). However, I let the system work and eventually, within a few months, my first settlement was made saving me well over $3,000.00. I was eventuallyy approved a loan by a sister company of Freedom Debt which has expedited the negotiation process. It would have taken me well over 20 years to pay off all of my creditors but under the Freedom Debt Relief program, my debts will be paid within 3 years and a savings of several thousand dollars in interest. The hard part is trusting that this program works and I can assure you that with patience it does. The people at Freedom Debt have always treated me with respect, always answered my questions, and above all have beeen very professional. I would like to thank all of those individuals at Freedom Debt who have worked hard at resolving my debt issues. You have not only reduced my debt obligations but you have also reduced a tremendous amount of stress. Even though I have not "graduated" from this program, I can now see the "light at the end of the tunnel" and I know it will end in complete success. Again, this is a great program offered by a very professional and courtious group of individuals.

First, we should all take stock of what they are helping us with. This is not an instant fix. We find that Freedom Debt relief works with us to help get us out of debt without having to file bankruptcy. It took a while for our first settlement but the system works as long as you keep monthly deposits which help negotiators have leverage to help settle or make payments on your debt. We happen to owe a lot and we are thankful for the help they are giving us. If you follow what they ask you to do then the stress level goes down, doesn't go away but does go down. At first, I was skeptical that this would really work. I did everything I was told to do, even down to changing my address and phone number to Freedom Debt Relief's so that I would not be bothered by debt collectors...and I have not been bothered at all. I knew that this would take a little time to see results because I needed to build-up my deposit account so that FDR would have funds to work with...I signed up in April 2017 and in Oct. 2017 the first settlement came through...then in Nov. 2017 the second settlement came through and this month the third settlement came through. To date FDR has been able to cut $ 12,505.70 down to $5,778.75. That is a reduction of 54 % !!! This has been totally amazing and has taken a lot of stress out of my life. Freedom debt relief has been helpful through my debts it’s an alternative to bankruptcy! I had about 30000 in debt ! Keep your payments up and after about 3 months they will put you through their loan program which will pay the debts off for a reduced amount. The only thing what ever you save is considered income so that first year the creditors are supposed to send you a 1099 to pay tax on . They keep you informed through the process. You pay like 13 a month they offer legal protection for lawsuits. Discover filed against me in court they handled it , you must do your part and notifiy them of any lawsuits. The loan is about 25 apr what they save you is as if you payed every thing off interest free in the end . Overall it’s worth it! Thanks Freedom

In some cases clients may be required to pay taxes on their forgiven debt, but it is possible to avoid declaring the forgiven debt if a person meets the IRS's definition of liabilities exceeding assets at the time of settlement. Also, although it is true that some creditors are more aggressive than others, not all of our clients experience this. We've been negotiating with hundreds of creditors for over 15 years, so we have a sense of how aggressive they may or may not be based on this experience. We can share that insight with clients during the initial debt evaluation and put plans in place to prepare if threats of legal action hope you are enjoying your financial freedom! I was a little nervous and anxious since I wasn't really sure how it was all going to work, but they have answered all my questions. They have explained in very much detail how everything was going to happen. It has all been really easy. They always contact me via email to let me know how things are going and everything. I'm real comfortable with them, especially since they're handling my account very well. When they get a settlement they will text me or email me to let me know so that I can look at it in the portal. They are very knowledgeable and good at what they're doing. I'm glad I made the decision to go with them because I'll be out of my debt sooner than what I probably could've done on my own.

They explain the program to you and they make sure that it is something that fit with my situation so that I would benefit from it. They stayed in contact with me very closely to make sure that I was succeeding at the program. The customer service people were good. If someone couldn't understand what I needed or if they couldn't answer my question, they would always find someone that could. As for the updates they used whatever I asked them to use, which was text messages and emails. I also told them they could call me, but I specified which phones they could use. I thought it was god sent. It was the best decision I could've made at the time.

I wasn't making any headway on paying my bills. I mean I was paying things, but I was just paying off the interest rather than the principal debt. It was like my wheels were spinning but I wasn't going anywhere. They've been easy to work with. They have accommodated everything I've asked for. If I needed to increase or decrease the payments they would do it. No matter what I asked, they always worked with me and always responded very quickly and took care of my needs right away. Of course, that was as long as I called during their regular business hours. They also updated me through emails, though I could get any information I needed from the client dashboard. They have taken a weight off my shoulders completely.

I found it on the internet and since it had a lot of good reviews I decided to call and speak to someone. They explained everything in simple terms and answered my questions. They told me to think about it before actually going through with them to make sure I was ok. No one has ever done that before, you know, telling you you should take your time and think about things. I was very impressed by that. They have always been willing to discuss what's going on with my accounts and summarize what happens. I get updates from them in emails and have received a couple of texts as well. They have been very friendly and always answer my questions. I think I made a good choice.

I got it because I couldn't keep up with my bills. They were always courteous and speak to me as if we were in a personal call. When I call they always have my account information quickly and are very knowledgeable. I enjoy their professionalism and their concern about me. They are quick in answering questions and handled everything, even the fact that my creditors kept calling me. They walked me through how to handle them. I feel much better. I received emails from them with very detailed information of the companies I owed money to, as well as the settlement that they are working on. All I had to do was respond with a yes and they would handle things as needed. They were up to date with my needs and I know everything that concerns me and my account. I feel good about this decision. It has been a load off my shoulders knowing that someone out there is helping me get through this process.

I was at the point where my credit card debt was getting higher and higher and I couldn't get anywhere with my income since I was retiring. I needed a way out without filing for bankruptcy since that would only make it worst. They have been helpful in solving any problem that comes up. I can call them anytime I have any questions or just to ask how things are going. We can also check if we need to approve something. They also always get a hold of you whenever a settlement is about to happen to get your okay. I've been having trouble getting in on their website. Freedom Debt has just taken the pressure and stress of paying bills away. Things are getting paid off and as long as I don't take out credit cards left and right I'll be fine. I believe I made a good decision. In the end I'll be better off and I'll have everything more or less under control with my money.

They are helpful. If I have any questions all I have to do is pick up the phone and call them. Actually, the first person I ever called took care of me and was more than happy to answer all of my questions. Even though she didn't have all the answers, she passed me on to a different section that could answer me. Even now after I signed up she's still there for me and has helped me with everything. They update me on what's going on through emails and have been reliable so far. It has been a little over a year since I got them and I feel I made a good decision. They've taken care of all but one of my bills.

I was really stretching myself financially with my bills and credit cards. Every time I call them I've had my questions answered and they also give me advice on what to do. I'm always getting updated through emails and calls about the progress they are doing. I was also told I can check their website to see the status of my account. I'm pretty much always aware of what's going on. Now I just have the monthly payment that goes to my account, my two credit cards. It's all working well and I'm excited about it. I was able to get a lot of stress out of my mind, now I don't have to worry about having debts for 5 or 8 years. I think I made the right decision.

At the time I was struggling to pay my bills, so I called different places that offered similar services. Any time someone mentioned my social security number before explaining things to me, I would just hang up. Freedom Debt Relief was the only one that seemed interested in helping me out with my problem. They told me they would let me know if they could help me and once they checked, once they said '''we can do it,'' and explained things to me, I went ahead. I gave them my social security number then. They have done pretty much everything they said they were gonna do. They emailed me and texted me to keep me up to date and I could check in my dashboard anytime I wanted to. Their phone was also wide open and available if I ever needed to call them, someone was always available. The only problem I ever had was with the pricing since was under the impression that it was a good service. I was a little taken aback when I realized that, but in the end it was all worth it, I'm almost completely debt free. The best part of it all was when I got a birthday message from them in May. They sent me good wishes and encouragements, telling me I was almost free of debt and just saying all kinds of nice things. I was overwhelmed and really happy. They really made my day.

I started looking into companies that did this kind of thing because the last thing that I wanted to do was file for bankruptcy. I had worked too hard till then and I had a medical problem, so I thought going with them was the thing to do. They explained everything about the program from the beginning, which was really good. They are just very professional and seem to be very compassionate. They kept me updated on anything that was going on with my case. I could also log into my account to check on the progress of things, but I would always get calls from them as soon as they made a settlement. When I called, if I couldn't get someone to ask my questions to, they would call me right back shortly after. I never had to worry about not being able to get in touch with them. I'm absolutely happy and feel very fortunate in having them. It has been such a relief.

At the time I was overwhelmed with debt. I didn't want to take out a loan so my only other option was going with Freedom Debt relief to reduce the amount that I owed my creditors. They've always kept in touch with me to keep me updated on how things are going and I can also look at that online. I can just go in and check what's going on with my payments and everything. It works since I don't have to take a loan to consolidate payment or anything, they actually just work with the creditors and negotiate lower amounts for you. Their fees are also very small. I think I did the right thing, I'm almost done with the program.

There were several reasons why I decided to go with them. They seemed to be a reputable company, I knew people that had used it and that were satisfied, and I felt comfortable with the agents that I spoke to. At first I was pretty nervous of course, I was getting collection calls and I needed to make a decision. Since I had to stop paying my cards my credit took a dive, but after seeing them settle accounts it all seemed like a no brainier. Whenever I call them or send them emails with questions, they respond to me very quickly and to the fullest extent they could. They would also send me emails and call me when a settlement was offered and completed. I also got reminders to check on my online account to check on those things. It was pretty much constant communication. I've been with the program for maybe 6 months and all of my accounts have been settled.

I needed the help since my wife was terminally ill and had just lost her job. I took a big hit on the income and couldn't pay off my credit cards. They have been very helpful and they know what they are doing. I'm also treated very politely and they treat me like a customer, not like an enemy. They are handling my debts and have already knocked down two of them. Since I've been a good customer they're going to try and negotiate a settlement for all of the debts and just let me pay the bank directly. I think they are a great company. They're right on the money, honest, and take care of what needs to be taken care of. It has been a great thing and it has really helped me. They took a lot of pressure off of me and my wife.

It's been a good experience so far. Things are going well, and it helped to get into a consolidation loan with their sister company, and will also further help me to repair my credit and to get a much better credit score, and get myself out of debt. Just based on research, seems like it would be the quickest option to get out of debt, and they're well known in that type of industry so they get the best result. I feel positive about it. I feel like it's going to help me get things taken care of quickly, and I feel really good about it so far. They've been very good, I've enjoyed it. It's a good experience.

As I shared with Alex, your mailroom folks are awesome. Yesterday I received a notice, including a refund cheque, from the Federal Trade Commission. The FTC had sent it addressed to me at Freedom DR. The refund was totally unexpected. Some good person(s) in the Freedom mail room had looked up my name & address in your records system, typed an address label & forwarded the refund letter to me. Whomever did this makes me feel really secure dealing with Freedom DR. That person could have not bothered & thrown out the check or gone & cashed it themselves. i would have never known. So applause & a big thank you to the honest mailroom people.

About six months ago I had the pleasure of talking to Lauraine D. at that time I was recovering from surgery and she wished me a quick recovery and that she would check back with me. Lauraine did just that about five times each asking me how my health was and not so much about the program. I told her that I have more surgeries to do and that I was not going to do this at this time. she said let me give you my number in case you change your mind and again wished me the best with my medical problems. Well a few months went by and I was ready to go forward with the plan. But you guessed it I could not find her number so I looked at other programs out their but I kept thinking about Lauraine and how she made me feel like she really cared about me. So I have my whole family tare the house apart and still we could not find her number. So I'm at the point that I'm going to do a program with a different company. I had to pick up my mouse pad and you guessed it right there in plan sight was Larraine's phone number so I called her and shared this story with her and now you have had chance to hear it for yourself. They answer all your questions very clear and they always available by email or over the phone. When I first filled out the online form for Freedom Debt Relief, I really didn't think I would be willing to actually go through with it. After dealing with abusive leaders during my time in the Army, the VA (need I say more?), and uncountable numbers of companies whose only goal is separating the unwary from their money; my trust is not exactly easy to acquire anymore. Gregory S's integrity and genuine manner is extraordinary, and his obvious empathy & compassion perfectly balances his bedrock foundation of honor. I was incredibly lucky to be connected with him, because his sterling character resonates with such power through his words, backed up by his actions, that even over the phone, it is nearly tangible - unmistakable and impossible to overlook. While I was a soldier, I often had to show "respect" to people who only ever inspired contempt in everyone unfortunate enough to be forced to work with them. Those who truly deserved and quickly earned my respect were rare gems, even amongst those who, by the very act of taking an oath to kill, and risk injury or death to defend our freedom, are worth far more than both our current and future commanders in chief. Mr Gregory S actually shocked me, by earning my genuine respect with such ease, that I was quickly able to accept the risks associated with the debt settlement plan he helped me and my husband conclude was the best course of action for our family. His easy rapport and genuine personality made a stressful decision such as this, easy to make and difficult to second-guess. He is a true asset to your company, and I feel incredibly glad to have met him. The only criticism I have about him, is that he spends far too much time working.

Freedom Financial has been both professional and accessible.
In terms of the former, they have been careful to explain the entire process and are more than diligent about keeping the client up to date. In that connection, they have a variety of "bells and whistles," i.e., things like a "dashboard" for example, that allows the client to keep abreast of his progress.
Here, however, is the one problem that I have run into. Their "dashboard" is not accessible through an AOL account. Being functionally illiterate when it comes to computers and unwilling to get a second e-mail account, this has meant that I have not been able to access all of Freedom's resources via computer.
Fortunately, however, Freedom Financial's accessibility offsets this problem. There has never been a time when I have called with a question that they have not been there with an answer at the ready. Indeed, Freedom's staff is friendly and understanding and has been extremely tolerant of my computer illiteracy to boot.
It is hard to ask for much more.
Suffice to say, needing the services of Freedom Financial has not been one of the proudest moments of my life. That said, the staff at Freedom Financial has made the experience as painless as it could reasonably asked and have maintained the highest standards of courtesy and competence.
Freedom Financial deserves much praise and I give them my highest recommendation.

Freedom debt relief gives me a new hope of being free to budget my money and pay bills on time and makes me realize that budgeting money is very important.
It avoids me in going into bankruptcy and frees me from the anxiety of where will the next money will come from to pay the bills.
The staff are very helpful and reassuring that everything will be taken care of, from communicating to the creditors and having a legal protection in case of any legal ;lawsuits.
Also, it gives me new dreams of being debt free in the near future, free of financial worries and happy to breath fresh air and able to meet the daily needs with the hope of being able to cope

Freedom Debt Relief is definitely my recommended process of relieving debt. I was left stranded with overwhelming credit card debt after a relationship ended and immediately knew I would need to find a solution to help with the transition of recovery. I followed the steps exactly as they were presented to me and have settled for 45% with the first creditor, which will be eliminated within a year. That is such a relief. FDR has not hassled me in any way, they dealt with the creditor directly so that I did not have to, and they are very non-intrusive into my life...no excessive calls, no badgering or inconsiderate intrusions into my daily life...just a highly professional organization that goes to bat for those of us who were too stupid to stay out of debt in the first place. Highly recommend!

Dialing the number I jotted down from a radio add I was a bit hesitant, nervous, and not sure what to expect when call a debt relief company. I was at my wits end, I tried to get help from all avenues and was turned down because my debt to income ratio was too high. Paying all my debt left me in hardship every month and was starting to put stress in my life. While speaking with the Rep from Freedom Debt relief I could feel the stress, although I was not sure if this was the right choice, dissipate. As the months have gone by and we settled one of my debtors I am amazed how smooth this experience has been and look forward to becoming debt free. My stress is gone and I am looking forward to a better financial future. All of us spend more than we have and think we can handle the payoff, but when it gets out of control and no where else to turn, Freedom Debt Relief is the best answer to a debt-free life. I was nervous beginning the program and was hesitant to start. From the first phone call, I was convinced that this was a much better alternative to bankruptcy. I had tried bankruptcy prior to calling Freedom Debt but I was told I didn't have enough debt. I was in disbelief, because after I paid all my bills, I had $200 left to last until my next payday, which was in another 2 weeks. That $200 was to be used for groceries for a household of 5 and has for 2 vehicles; it couldn't be done. Any available credit I had would be used on groceries and gas. It felt as if I would be stuck paying these creditors until the day I died. I've only been with Freedom Debt Relief for one month and they have already made a settlement with one of my 6 credit cards. If you are serious about getting out of debt and can't wait any longer, make the call, you'll be glad you did. I know I am.
