The person I talked with explained a lot more about how the Debt relief program works. I keep getting calls 3-4 a day sometimes from the creditors asking me to call them back and discuss working out a payment plan with them. I asked if I can ignore the calls once I have talked with them once or twice and told them I was under the Freedom Debt Relief Program. He said I could. I also received a letter from one company about a Charge off and he said to send them a Fax or Email of the Letter. I appreciate all the help I can get, I used to be so good at paying my bills on time, and I got very sick (with Blood Poisoning) last Oct and missed 1 payment from 2 companies. I company would work with me, the other tore my credit apart. So since then I have have more problems. Thanks for all your help, understanding and the knowledge you and your personnel have to help a person out.

The BEST decision I have ever made in regards to my finances, my future and my peace of mind. Every single person at FDR has been kind, helpful, nonjudgmental, and efficient. I have used the chat option online, I check my dashboard daily, I have called and received instant and clear responses. I feel FDR is on my side and wants me to succeed. They are transparent --- nothing shady here. FDR is the BEST and I recommend them to anyone who is suffering in debt. You will be all the better for it. Oh, and by the way, it all started with one phone call and the person who helped me is Dean P. If Dean had not kept calm, patient and informative with me, I might not have proceeded. I was at a real low when I reached out to Freedom Debt Relief. My credit card debt was out-of-control and taking me down a very dark path. To be honest, I couldn't see the light at the end of the tunnel.
After Googling the top Debt Relief organizations, FDR rose to the top. From my first interaction with Zorro to the present, I've been extremely pleased with their compassion, understanding, guidance & assistance in starting to clear my debt.
It's still a long road but of my 11 debts, I have 2 settlements in just the first few months. FINALLY, I'm starting to get a little breathing room, knowing I'm on the right path.

It has been one year since Freedom Debt Relief has started helping me with my debt. They have already settled 3 of 5 of my debt accounts and I could not be more pleased! It is very relieving to be able to sit back and know that FDR is taking care of everything. At first, I was very anxious to stop paying creditors back because they began to blow up my cell phone leaving messages requesting payment. I eventually blocked all of these numbers and the anxiety went away. I know it can be hard to let go entirely and trust a company to take care of your debt but trust me you will not be disappointed. You are not a bad person for having debt - sometimes life can be hard and we have no other options but to borrow and then we are left playing catch up the rest of our lives. Well, not with FDR! My husband became disabled a couple years ago and with no health or disability ins.,we started using credit cards to be able for him to get the treatment he needed. Before we knew what had happened, we were in over our heads. I didn't know what to do until a friend told me about Freedom Debt Reliefs program. I phoned freedom debt relief due to being able to be accepted for a loan from a foundation recovery company. Grant, your representative, immediately sent a letter about my good standing with your company to forward on to the foundation company. I have done that and I’m hoping for good results. He also gave me a phone number for your sister company to receive a loan to help pay off the amount I am still expected to pay for your fabulous help with my debt. I hope not to have to do that but have the option to try in order to keep my house from getting further damage from settling. I appreciate all you do for me! What has Freedom Debt Relief meant to me? When I first made the decision to get serious help, I researched a couple of firms. Most seemed only interested in what they could get from me versus really helping me manage my problem. To make a long story short, choosing FDR is the best choice for me. They explain everything to you and there have been no surprises. They have exceeded expectations by keeping me informed every step of the way. After just 6 months half of my enrolled debts have been negotiated and I can't wait for the remainder. Now I can see my way clear, but I have to stick to the program. You may be tempted to stop, but don't. It is worth it. Also, do everything they tell you and you don't have to deal with the phone calls and letters.

When I contacted this company I was close to filing bankruptcy. My last stop was getting a quick loan, so I did a lending tree app. This company was on the list of possible places to help me. Help me they did😂! At first I had fears and was hesitant to proceed, but my agent was nice, honest, experienced and knowledgeable about this stuff.
I had previously signed up with another company, so we compared the products of both companies. My agent gave me time to do my research, discuss my situation with family & pray. To that end, the services offered by FDP made sense and best suited me.
Long short, I didn't have to file bankruptcy; my credit is slowly improving; I'm paying off my debt in small steps and am learning to manage my finances.
As a mother, I never want to be in this state of debt again, it feels like a slow death. It sucks the life out of you, drains your energy and leaves you hopeless. When I pass away at a good old age, I will not leave my children with my debt. I will be positioned leave them an inheritance, BIG TIME!

They are always there for me and when I wanted them to tackle a particular bill due to the negative things they were posting it was done. They treat me like a piece of gold when they talk to me and I will Always recommend them to anyone ! My favorite areas are the sales team and the customer support. The young man that got me started was awesome and he made sure he was there for me for the whole first month until I was comfortable with the system. Then came the customer support folks they made sure I had everything I needed to cross all of the T's and dot all of the I's There has been NO question to small. I was feeling so overwhelmed with credit card debt that I felt I would never get out. I happened upon Freedom Debt Relief in a add online. I decided to call and see what it was all about. I was able to get started that day . There were several payment plans that would fit into my budget and I was able to pick one and the split it into 2 payments . I have been in the plan now for about a year and they settled my final credit cards. I am amazed at how fast they were able to get things done. They have also been in contact with me through email and text to make sure that I was aware of what was happening. I am so appreciative of Freedom Debt Relief! I was really scared at the beginning as I have always struggled with bills that I have accumulated due to life's unexpected turns and had to wait for tax season to get a bill paid while running in place paying interests fees and never lowering the actual bill. When I spoke to Todd R, he was fantastic!! I cried to him over the phone and he was very sympathetic to me but reassured me that sometimes things happen and that didn't make me a bad person. He walked me through my whole process and I still called him after a year after I was enrolled, lol. He painted a picture that was realistic and remained honest with me throughout the process. I love Freedom as I have honestly seen progress before my very eyes. My first settlement was quick to start and just as quick to finish and before I knew it, they negotiated my second settlement. In between my second and third to prevent any legal actions Freedom went in and worked very hard to get the last settlement without putting my life through strain - THAT IS THE KEY!! Todd had told me this when I hesitated to enroll, but today as I stand - I am so grateful to Freedom and have referred many of my family and friends who are struggling.

I received a summons handed to me at my front door from Discover card's bank. I was sickened when the sheriff stated who she was. It was at night and the ringing of my doorbell was unexpected that time of night.
I called a representative from Freedom Debt Relief the next morning. She gave me the fax number to send it to their office and I immediately appreciated the reason they are named as such. I was able to exhale the minute she helped me appreciate the fact I have an attorney, (having forgot that little tidbit), and directed me to fax the summons over to their office.
I am on my way to the library this morning with confidence they will handle this problem and I will not have to enter any courtroom.
I find it hard though, to give my ratings until after this whole process has been handled and I can say with all honesty that Freedom Debt Relief stands up to their name.
However, you cannot move on through to its entirety unless you rate each category which I am a little disappointed about.

When I was forced to retire on disability everything changed. We went from receiving paychecks every week, because we got paid on opposite week, to receiving a paycheck biweekly and mine being once a month. That left us with one week out of the month with no pay. We started getting behind on our credit card payments and utility bills. I was looking online when I came across FDR, I filled out the information it requested and in a matter of seconds Steve called. I talked it over with my husband and the next day when Steve called back we did the application. I drove the customer Service representatives crazy the first couple months (i'm a worrier) but they were very patient with me and understood. We have enough built up in our specialty account now & they have been able to negotiate 2 of our debts and working on the next couple. Things are finally looking up for us. I would highly recommend FDR to anyone who is having debt problems. Everyone is very nice and they are straight up with you from the beginning. You know exactly what the fees are and how much your monthly payment will be.

I haven’t graduated yet.
I’m a nervous wreck & constantly ask when will this end! I can’t wait until it’s over. I have a law suit against me with a credit card and still a huge debt to go...
But everytime I speak to a person from freedom debt relief or the litigation people, I receive a caring and understanding person who explains to me with simple language that they will take of everything.
I know it sounds too good to be true. And yes the company will make money from us and yes it will take a year or so to clear all the debt... but it’s nice to know that there is someone out there that understands you don’t want to be in debt.
Look at all the videos. Read all the advice you can to stay out of debt. Learn. Then you can enjoy your life without money debt.
My only concern now is when I have to file income tax. I’m not yet sure how that will work since I saved money. But I pray freedom debt relief will help me on that too.
Also, what has helped me: I confined in a friend to talk about it. It’s really hard to deal with this issue by myself.

emailed by Charles S, who walked me through every single service provided by Freedom Debt Relief. He thoroughly
explained each step of the enrollment, then initiated each one in turn. Nothing was left to chance, Charles made sure I had a complete understanding of each step he completed. I was nervous at first, but Charles (told me to call him Charlie) was

Excellent and knowledgeable team informed me how to live a better life without sleepless nights by reaching out to them for help. After my agent told me that l would pay over $41,000 to my creditors before I would be debt free. I was so relieved that l called them. My agent explained the process and I was so thankful l made that call. As my conversation continued, I asked my agent what was the catch. There is none. I learned a good lesson to not use credit (cc). cards. There are times that you may have to use your cc because life issues. I had medical problems and had to rely on cc. Put your trust in FDR. They will help you.

My experience with FDR has been positive. I'm a newbie to the program. I found myself unable to meet basic payments because of a job loss. I relied on credit cards for a bit but got to the point where I needed to secure "Payday" loans to get folks paid. There was no way for me to catch up at that point. I'd done some research on programs and decided to give FDR a call. Everyone I've dealt with has been great. They've explained the process, answered questions and responded quickly when contacted. I just started to build up Dedicated account and look forward to getting some of my creditors paid off.

I could not be happier with the service FDR provides and the relief it has brought me to not be stressing over my monthly payments to credit cart companies.
To be able to sleep better at night and know my credit debt is being settled not just "hoping" my debt problems are being handled in a professional way by people who truly know what it feels like to be in my shoes.

I was drowning under high APR interest rates, 13.5% - 22.99%, and monthly payments, some as high as $240 a month! When I tried to renegotiate the interest rates and monthly payments on my own with the CC companies, they summarily denied each request. One company even raised my monthly due amount from $235 to $270 due to the capitalizing APR 22.99% interest on my $5500 balance and refused to keep it at $235 when I told them I can barely afford $235 a month but would honor those payments if they can just keep them from rising. I explained that if they raised the monthly amount due, I wouldn't be able to keep paying it at all especially with the late penalty fees they'd add on for not paying the full amount due. While the CC company agents were kind and seemed sympathetic, the company policy didn't allow for such an allowance. They'd rather not be paid at all than agree to lesser terms?!?
On one such call with a CC company, I was transferred to an agent who told me about FDR. I was reluctant and unsure if this would be one of those scams that cost you thousands in fees, but don't really result in resolving your debt but certainly ruins your credit. But thankfully, they were legit!!!
They explained up front, in detail that while waiting for and negotiating the best settlement, my credit rating would tank due to the late payments and over credit limits (but that was happening already due to my financial situation). And they explained with each fully satisfied settlement CC account paid off, the CC company would write a letter that the account debt was resolved and my credit rating would start to go back up. This is 100% true!!! Slowly but surely as we resolve each of my accounts I see my rating improving.
Re: the amount of debt settled, so far in the 2.5 yrs that I've worked with FDR, I've completely resolved 3 accounts at 60% less than the debt originally owed!!!! (Originally $5k - settled at $2200; $15k - $6500, etc) The standard fee % that FDR originally said they would take out after each account was settled remained consistent; no discrepancies or scams.
Their communication is awesome! The user friendly website account dashboard shows me exactly where each account is in the process of being resolved, and their live customer service agents actually know the answers to my questions and are so polite and kind.
One last important factor why FDR is a great partner to work with, at the beginning when we settled on my plan and timeline to be debt free I was fully employed and able to contribute $735 twice a month to my account. That made settling my accounts quickly possible (my 1st account was settled within my 1st 6 months). But last Feb 2018, I lost my job and was only part time employed for about 7 months, and even now that I'm fully employed again I don't earn what I did and can only afford to contribute $200/mo.
I was afraid FDR was going to kick me out of the program, or much worse not let me lower the monthly amount I initially agreed to due to our original plan and contract. However, neither of those things occurred. Instead, FDR agents sympathized with my situation, understood that " life happens" and accepted my lower contribution amount, and has kept me on track for being debt free!! Even with my much lower contributions, I STILL received a 4th 60% settlement plan for one of my CC accounts this month!! So, their excellent service and negotiations didn't stop working diligently on my behalf despite the reduced money I was contributing to my account. It just took probably a little longer.
I am SO GRATEFUL I found FDR. They are an incredibly stand up company that truly works in the best interest of its clients and does so with compassion, fairness and kindness - so rare and precious in our current financial society!!

I employed the services of Freedom Debt Relief seven months ago. So far Freedom Debt Relief has provided and performed everything that was promised. I didn't expect things to get straightened out too quickly. To my surprise and delight FDR negotiated a structured settlement within three months and three more structured settlements to date, all with my approval and ultimate control. They do the negotiating. There have been no surprises or twists of any kind.
I struggled for a very long time to make minimum payments and got no where but deeper in debt. I thought this type of program didn't work and that bankruptcy was the only way out, but I did the homework and now I know that is not true. By sticking to the program and making one precalculated reasonable monthly payment to a designated account, my financial hardship is getting straightened out. The designated account is used as a resource for negotiation and to make the payments. It is my account in my name that I control. I am living again, not just barely existing. Been with FDR since June and overall very, very pleased! From the very start, customer service has been excellent; They take the time to explain everything and are extremely knowledgeable. Also, very courteous and seem genuinely understanding and nonjudgemental. They keep you up to date on all progress. So far two of my accounts have been settled and we saved a great amount! The hardest part for me, was to stop making the regular monthly payments to my creditors, as I've always been diligent about making on time payments, but d/t unfortunate life events, and so much interest, it became too much, extremely stessful and not doable whatsoever. The other factor that has been a little rough is seeing a drop in Credit score, but I know it's only temporary! Really like the client dashboard!!! I'm fairly new to the program. I only been with the company about a month and FDR already successfully negotiated 1 of my account, that really impressive. Before I joined the program, I was skeptical and doubted about the whether this really work, I asked alot of questions and even delaying my decision joining FDR. I finally convinced my many reviewer that this program really legit. Can't wait to receive another email from FDR asking me to approve another settlement. I only have 1 minor question to FDR is that I enrolled with Acreddited debt relief and it a sister company to FDR. The person who enrolled me said that he will always answer my question if I have any, but after I enrolled with the program and I called him to let him know how happy I was, but his number automatically forwarded to FDR and I tried to emailed him and he not responding. I found myself in financial distress after my marrage of 32 years ended in divorce. The amount of my debt was overwhelming and I was considering bankruptcy. After reviewing my debt, the FDR team designed a consolidation loan that is affordable and achievalbe for me to pay off my debt. The initial process is scary and can be overwhelming at times while you begin to grow your designated account. Because you will receive debt collection calls and letters and you know your credit score is being impacted. However, the FDR plan allows you to refer the debt collectors to their office and to their mailing address. I truly feel that this program is beneficial to anyone that has accumulated large amounts of debt. I have just finalized a settlement on a lawsuit that was pending against me. I found Freedom Debt Relief through LendingTree.com. I knew my credit was bad already because I'd been referred to Lutheran Social Services by my credit union. Well, I went through the process with LSS and the amount that they wanted was almost double what Freedom wanted per month. I couldn't afford it and LSS was talking to me about removing things like cable TV, cell phones, etc. Freedom found a plan that worked with my income and while I have cut back cable anyway, I didn't have to do it. Plus, I already have my 1st settlement offer and it's only been 2 months - that's crazy! I plan to make extra payments so I can finish my plan early but I'm so grateful for their help. I would be in bankruptcy without them.

I had always heard horror stories about using debt consolidation companies and thought that I would never use them. But I got backed into a corner over my head due to a family emergency that needed my funds. I signed up with Freedom and they have been wonderful, honest, and tailor the debt to what I can do. Everything about the Freedom Debt Relief program has been exactly as we were led to expect from the outset. We've saved roughly 50% over our total original debts. Any time there have been questions or concerns about harassing contacts from creditors, FDR advisers have been there to walk us through them. Thanks to our having signed up for the optional legal protection, which I highly recommend, we've even had someone to go to bat for us when a few creditors have tried to take us to court, at no additional cost to us. Three years ago I was in the midst of a terrible situation. My husband had passed away and left me with bills and I had to retire due to physical issues. "I couldn't have done it without you." i was drowning and saw no way to get relief. I applied for loans, but because I am a senior, unemployed, the traditional loan companies/banks refused me. We have had a great experience with FDR. After two divorces and paying for college, we were barely keeping up with minimum payments on several credit cards and could see no way to ever get out of debt with the high interest rates. Our credit score was good, but not great, because we didn't miss payments, but still couldn't get ahead of the debt. We finally called FDR and were skeptical at first that the program would work, but decided to try it. We set up a payment plan to put as much as we could afford into our dedicated account. It was hard at first because we had to quit paying the creditors and began receiving phone calls and a few threatening letters, but as time went on, this stopped. Our credit score dropped about 150 points at the beginning of the program, but we expected this to happen after researching the impact on line. Our first settlement was about 4 months after we enrolled and within 21 months, we had resolved 7 of our 8 accounts. Our credit score gradually improved over the course of the 21 months and my husband's score is now higher than it has ever been (he was on fewer accounts). It took another 7 months to resolve the final (largest) account, but 28 months after starting the program, we have now resolved over $80,000 in debt, have a higher credit score and much better financial position and can begin focusing on retirement. Completing the program has taught us how to manage our finances and we have a tremendous sense of accomplishment as well as peace of mind.
The one piece of advice I have is to call customer service rather than using the online feature for requests. Online requests usually receive a very generic answer, whereas calling gets you a more thorough answer to any question you may have. The online portal is much better than it was when we started the program 28 months ago and is very easy to use to keep track of your dedicated account and enrolled creditor accounts. It is good that FDR saw need for improvement of the portal and took steps to do that.
If you make your payments on time and follow the program exactly per the instructions you receive when you enroll, you can resolve your debt and see a brighter financial future!

I've just started my journey with Freedom Debt Relief and so far all is good...no...all is great!! The assistance and support I've received so far has been inspiring and I truly see the light at the end of the tunnel -- I KNOW that I'll be debt free very soon and the feeling is amazing!! I spoke with other debt relief companies in the past but I couldn't accept their assistance because their policies were antiquated and unrealistic. FDR understands that I might want to continue using some of my credit and they gave me that option -- they also clearly explained the pros and cons associated with my decisions. They have been wonderful so far and I think we'll have an awesome and productive relationship!!

My family and I are SO grateful to Freedom Debt Relief! We felt like we were drowing in debt and could not even afford a bankruptcy. So we considered debt relief and after exhaustive research and reading/hearing many horror stories from other consumers we decided to work with Freedom Debt Relief. From the moment of my first conversation with them to every question, worry, or concern I have had along the way they have been there and never make me feel uninformed or ignorant of my situation. Definitely get their law firm protection! It was worth the money when I was sued and the cost can be included in your fees payment.
I have never called and gotten an unfriendly or uninformed representative! That says a lot to me as a consumer who believes in customer service! I recommend FDR to everyone I know!

So far I am completly satisfied. l am just starting the prosse so I haven't had a lot of time with the program but so far it has been a smooth prosses. I was very nervous at making this decision and very embarrassed that l got myself into all this debt but knew I had to do something. I was put at ease when speeking to the debt councler and felt it was right for me. I spoke to my financial advisor and checked with the better business bureau which said they were a good company and had a A+ rating just to make sure this was not a fraudulent company. I am so excited to see the prosses at work. I hope many more people make the leap to get out of debt with this company.

First settlement has now been established for one account, and they have notified the Credit Bureau of goods standings on my account. Freedom Debt is amazing, it is not a company you spend time in contacting, they send you emails and contact every step of the way. I was drowning and overwhelmed due to financial stress. I found Freedom Debt and am very happy with the service they provide. The assistance they provided lifted a huge weight off my shoulders and to see that debt disappearing is a relief that can never be more thankful for. What would have taken me probably well over 5 or more years to recover from and Freedom Debt swooped in and was able to settle accounts and quickly pay off the debts. The customer service is superior they work with you from the time you enter the program to the very end. Their quick responses and notifications of settlement were exceptional. The feeling when you got notifications was pure joy in seeing progress. Their explanations of their service, their progress and next steps were very easy to understand and direct, it left you with no questions and you knew exactly what you needed to do.

What I have liked so far is the great communication from Freedom Debt Relief. I know they are working hard to get my credit card balances reduced because in 6 months time two of them have been resolved. There are also lawyers working for you to help in case of any legal matters that may arise. They also help to rebuild your credit. The people I have worked with are so helpful and explain any questions that I have. They are readily available so you do not have to wait to talk to a representative to make your decisions as worry free as they can. I feel they really care about helping you to accomplish resolving your debt problems.

Freedom Debt has been great throughout the entire process. Overall reductions have been in line with my expectations and aligned with the original goals set by FDR upon enrollment. FDR team has been responsive to inquiries and informative throughout the process. I would definitely recommend to anyone with high debts that is looking for a way to get out from under them. Key note here - and they will likely cover this upon enrollment. You MUST expect that your credit will take a hit in the first six months or so. However, from that point, you will start to see significant jumps as debts are paid off. My advice - if you are contemplating a purchase that will require credit inquiries in the next six months, do not start this program. However, if you can live with the dip in credit ratings, knowing they will sharply increase, I highly recommend it.

I was very distraught until I heard about you all in the radio. I made the call spoke to a wonderful young man named Mr Jacob E. after that I had a death in my family. Didn't answer any calls but he never gave up on me . Finally I spoke to him again he is the most awesome human on the planet . Cannot say enough about him apart from his professionalism he is very caring and understanding. He made my problems a thing off the past. He checks in periodically to see how things are. He's my hero when I was in the dark days of my debt. All the best to you Jacob I wasn't just another customer I am a friend he talks with respect and I know he values me greatly.

I called them they got back with me the same day and they are sticking to there word of following up with me as promise. I had another debt relief and they took forever to call back and i been with them close to 6 months they only settled 1 client for me and that not saying much for them, Should of went through freedomdebtrelief. Thanks to them i feel better and im having alittle bit of fun but it will be another 3 half yrs to go and ill be debt free thats a pretty good feelings to have.
If your looking for someones help dont be shy just call they will get you settle properly. Best everyone.

I was skeptical about going into a debt settlement program because I was scared of the unknown. FDR has worked diligently and fast for me. They have made every effort to make sure they’ve been present every step of the way keeping me in the loop through emails, making sure I take informative steps and are responsive when I have a question or concern. With the help of having access to my FDR client dashboard and financial account, I’m able to oversee my debt getting resolved and paid on. I made the decision to resolve my debt in November 2017. By January 2018, FDR made the first settlement offer and now this debt will be paid off by the end of this year! I couldn’t be more relieved since making the decision to work with FDR.

Everyone that I have worked with have been amazing. So helpful and they make you feel safe in their hands. All I need to do is make sure I have the money in my bank so they can withdraw their agreed upon monies. It is that easy. Provide them with you credit information, sign some paperwork and you are on your way to being debt free. Honestly, I don't even give it a second thought. I know I am in good hands and do not worry about how my accounts are managed. They do it all. Thank you FDR for the amazing journey so far. I have only been in the program for a few months but I am very satisfied.
