I’m just getting started so it’s hard to rate and share experience with you. The lady that helped me and explained everything to me was very informative and pleasant. A lot to take in all at once. Receive a package that goes over everything also for you to fall back on. They give you all the contact information and things to do. So far I would say pretty good. I can’t remember everything I’m going on 70 years young. They were very patient and helpful.

It’s helpful but my monthly payments have increased, which a big part for me is money management. I was first told the Consolidation with a government issued loan. The program has fell into place but feel they should have been more direct.

They have been a great help in making our decisions to go with them, they have been doing their job as stated. Only thing I don't like is it is hard to get ahold of them on a timely manner and if you pay for the lawyers, the lawyers don't negotiate your costs down.

Everyone had been vety helpful. Just not prepared for Summons etc. and plumenting credit score which had reduced credit limits on 2 accounts i kept and contined to pay on, on time etc. They wete refuced to current balance..i needed them but no longer available. To be expected?

its a good program but really need to be more open about the program whwn enrolling. i have been in this for over 1 yr and just finding out new things about it. like i enrolled in this for 3yrs and just found out it may go longer then that and that any amount that is wrote off you have to claim as taxable income if its over $600 this info was not given to me in the beginning. that is very upsetting.

Overall I've been satisfied with the progress and would recommend to others for credit debt relief. A few of the accounts were negotiated for payments over a long period (up to 2 years) with low monthly installments. My preference would be to pay the smaller amounts quickly to show paid sooner. Other than that, I've been pleased with the results.

I thought my settlements would be for a larger percentage of the debt. I have been sued by a company that I only owed $1500; I cannot imagine they did not reach a settlement. I am now paying that company $1600 on a monthly basis. I could have done that on my own. Because of that I am concerned about my remaining debts that continue to accrue interest. Will I end up paying them more too?

I really do not feel to confident about my decision. I have not been in this situation, so my anxiety level is high and this organization has not made me feel any better. Last person I spoke was Etrey Estrada out of California and I have sent him an email, but he has yet to respond...I feel like I was hooked on to the fishing line and now, let's go for a ride. I just need reassurance and I feel uncomfortable due to the fact that I received a brochure from Freedom Debt Relief what to do if I were to be SUED......... THIS IS SCARING... SO THUS, MY NERVOUSNESS..... ANYWAY...... GOD IS GOOD, ALL THE TIME... AND I WILL LEAN ON HIM AND HIS WISDOM..!!!!

Within 3 months I've closed out two accounts and a third one in progress. This was a great relief for me, as I was quite overwhelmed with bills and did not want to do another chapter 7. So this worked out pretty good.

Freedom Debt Relief is wonderful. After my first call they took me under their wings. They snatched five accounts and told me not to worry. Don't answer the telephone. So far, one account has been closed and two are in the process of being paid off. I feel stress free and am looking forward to being debt free within four years.
