Great service just in the mean time of waiting your credit score goes down but, it is worth it. At the end of the year you must get the 1099 c for tax purposes and the difference will count as part of your income

Initially, I was told my situation would stabilize, on the contrary it became much worse. I kept being harassed by creditors. Last week a settlement finally came through, although I am still being harassed. I am finally starting to see some momentum happening. I hope to witness the pipeline continuously flowing more. I would tell folks Buyer beware!! Lots of things not fully explained at the onset and this program really has not saved me any $ due to the large fees taken put by FDR. AND these are taken out at the the beginning of each settlement not at end of program as was originally explained to me. Consequently, my dedicated account was depleted and my creditors ignored due to lack of funds and the end result has been FULL payment and court filings. Also when you call, always someone different with a different explanation and no consistent representative updated about my situations. Thank God I signed up for the NLLG attorney coverage because FDR created more problems for me than they have solved.
