The initial call was great but not sure why anyone would want anyone to do a survey when literally nothing has been done yet. They should ask again once some of my debt has been negotiated

I feel as though I was extremely misled on this whole process. I was falsely told my credit score would go down only 6-7 points. It’s gone down 100’s of points. I was told they would reach out to my creditors. I’m harassed daily phone call after phone call and no one is helping me.
