They communicate through the client dashboard. I think it takes too long before I get a settlement, it takes seven months.

There can be many factors that are considered when our negotiation team goes to start reaching out to negotiate on accounts. They know how soon creditors are willing to start settling and also how much funds are needed to start the negotiation. So it can seem that it takes a while in between settlements. We like to send communications through the dashboard as well as email and text message. We try and refer clients to their dashboard, as it is a great tool to keep you updated on your program.
