Still in the debt resolution process. It was a bit scary the first three months, but once my creditors started working with freedom debt relief everything has settle down. Freedom debt relief handles all the settlements with the creditors. Haven't received calls from creditors for a while. Just statements that my debts are being paid down.

It is taking a little longer than I thought it would take to get creditors to accept settlements. It appears that only one creditor has responded and I am still getting phone calls and threatening letters from the other creditors.

Settlements are dependent on accumulating sufficient funds in order to settle the debt and as long as we continue accumulating funds we should have no problems meeting your goals in realistic timeframes. Keep in mind that our settlement fees are bigger savings than having to pay your creditors the full 100% of the debt owed + interest % + any additional fees they charge.

I looked into Freedom Debt Relief when searching for a debt relief service. I was able to connect with a customer service representative on a Saturday. This was important to me since I only have weekends off to deal with this. I really enjoyed the communication and positive experience I had with the customer service representative. I ended up going with a different service provider as I did not have enough debt to qualify for the service.
